So what flavour of Toruing Car is the A4 going to be ? I'm just hoping they get the sound right for a straight cut box (remembering the days of going to old Toruing car races down at Brands Hatch when there used to be 155s, 3-series, A4s, Lagunas, Mondeos) ... also driven a few road cars with straight cut boxes ... an old mates mini (when I used to be into the things for once) ... we kind of woke up south west Ireland with the noise we were making going through their villages! So what are the last 2 vehicles going to be? At this rate do you think it's going to be out soon?

Yeah I think once I splash out on a couple of new houses and accounting for the fact that I won't be buying at 1million but 1million plus a number to cover the initial buying cost of the car I think it works out I need about 12mil of spare cash 2. If you ever want to look at old F1 cars try www.allf1.info it's good for seeing how the designs have evolved over the years ... looks like 1960 was the switch year for the engine position ... oh and while I'm on the subject of F1 cars ... the Lotus 97T was the best car ... especially in JPS colours

As to the F1 car ... more likely to be an early 50s car as the engine is in the front, in the 60s they changed to rear/mid engined

Well Ford have just shown a revised Focus for the European market at Frankfurt http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2008-euro-ford-focus/ Ford tried doing 'common' cars a while ago ... original Mondeo had a slight restyling and 'downgrade' in interior quality for US market ... badged as a contour then Mk1 Focus was sold over there ... with different front and rear bumpers (due to their regs) the problem is when markets want different things from their cars ... just written a post on the Atari forum with similar(ish) comments ... I think I could write a book on the subject!

If you want to drift ... 1. Ask Nipper or Johnasen nicely for their opinions ... I don't drift, don't see the point! 2. download 'Hardcore Mode' ... I hear that makes cars drift better
