I don't have a convertible yet, but I shall be joining cruises if I have the relevant cars :)

Love them Iced, from all the photo's I took TDU2 let me see only 3 of the worst ones. FRAPS next time I think.

When the servers are back online I'll send them again. It is luck if you get the invite or not until the servers are more consistent.

New info and updates

I've updated the first post with the new points system and added a rule on feedback. The privileges will still be TBA until the club house is LIVE.

The (1/10) after some names are the total number of cruises that member as taken part in.

The meeting place list is still work in progress and I should have something added in the next few weeks.

We had a successful first cruise for most members, sorry again to the members that missed out. The servers were ok and we all stayed locked in the same session for all the cruise. This is a first in the clubs history so I hope it stays that way.

The friends system is back online so I've sent out new invites. Some new members were added and I'll update the friend list once I get more accepted.

The next cruise will be a convertible cruise so it's time to buy the open top you always wanted. This will take place next week so look out for the event thread.

Ermm I dont see the invite ? If I have missed it or something, where can I see it ?

Clubs were online for like an hour or so when i managed to join the other night.

 

No worries about it. I think we're "friends" in game when friends is working...

 

We need to get a full club as soon as poss and get them doing interclub races to earn XP/pts to expand the club up to 32 members...

 

Think it was something like 1 mill and 5000 XP/Pts to increase the club to 16...

 

Oh and i only donated 5k, don't worry about it..

 

And looks like clubs will be up very soon according to the TDU2 site...

No unfortunately you have to join in the cruise to get the points. The connection issues are beyond our control so it's best to get to the meeting place 15 mins before the start. This gives you the best chance of getting in the same session as other players are in the area taking up slots. If the session is full then you will not join the same session.

From the problems of TDU1 we no longer wait for everyone to join. It's not fair to keep everyone waiting for 30mins - 1 hour for everyone to join. For this reason the lucky Jim was created to get the cruise going and others a chance to join in.

I only put out one lucky Jim as I knew from your post you wanted to connect later. We had 2 slots free in the cruise.

The connections will get better once the friends are full working I can send out invites and that worked well last night. Please give us time to fine tune the way the club will work and make it fun and fair for all.

I will be introducing a feedback system to the cruises so you can give the club feedback on what's working or not working for you. We are here to give everyone the best club experience for all members.

Sorry guys that were trying to be the lucky Jim but it is luck at the end of the day if you get in. We will be cruising again very soon.

I joined the club in game as Clubs are finally up as of like an hour ago...

 

I even made a small donation to the club. Not got much spare money atm but am looking forward to getting some of the club exclusive vehicles later on.

Sorry Shredder the club house is still offline and I can't edit the club in anyway until they are back. You will not be able to join the club house in this way. Sorry you added money to the club house I will somehow give it back or add something as compensation.

Please everyone don't join the club house you will be sent an invite from me. Unfortunately I will have to kick any members who have joined this way.

Please read the club rules in the first post on how to join the club correctly.

I will post when the clubs are fully working they will need to be online for a few days. Anything less I will class as testing.

We don't have a TS server anymore. Details about communication will be posted in the club thread in the future.

What cars are others bringing (who havnt said), I'm debating how fast'a car to bring...

I'm going with an R8 I think but any car will do we will wait.

Yes you can plus any points you get will be stored ready for when friends are working again.

If you are from TDU2.com you can post in the club thread there if you want to join events.

In regards to people joining events who are not on the list, please read the first post in the PC Club Thread. (It's the bit about Lucky Jim).

TDU2 uses your TDU2.com name or a nickname you create in game. Gamespy is not used in TDU2.

I've given Atari advance warning of the time and date of the clubs first cruise in TDU2. Now we wait for the tradition of server intermittent outages @7:59 GMT.

Quick question with regards to mafia cruises, which cars will be used? As far as I've found out, the only 4 door in the game is the RS6 Avant (I love it so much =3) Will we be able to use the S5 even though its 2 door?

More news in the future about Mafia cars we will use.
