Same here too, I'm totally relieved by some of the fixes. Plus the lack of crushing bass in my added mp3s has made my whole family sigh in relief. Sounds like the Cabrio to be honest. :happyroll:

Respectful as I am of the Mod's authority whilst on this board, I chose to download and install the patch. I had no problems with it, but I have heard of people needing to re-install the game so I won't say this works for everybody. <ATARIRANT>For goodness sake, it’s been months of delays. I'm sick of waiting for them to do something most developers manage without trouble. How can they not expect us to jump at every opportunity to make our gaming experience better? I have no problems with anything in-game anymore, the patch worked perfectly. Why did it take so long? And banning accounts? Pffft, if they ban all patch users now then half the community will vanish. I have my Skyline, I have my RS4 and I'm enjoying them both.</ATARITANT> Incidentally, that rant isn't directed at anyone personally. In any racing game the same basic theory applies; Less haste, more speed. Seriously, there's no better advice. I forget to follow it all the time, but my best laps in any game are always set when I'm at my most relaxed. The less wheelspin you get and the more accurately you can follow the apex the better. Simply slow down for the corners enough. It sounds stupid, but so few people do it.

Oh I don't know, looks similar to my system. I get 25fps with 1240 by 960, 2x anti aliasing, refresh rate at 75 thingamywhatsits and world detail at medium. No HDR, mind.

I can't agree with all the people who say "I'd rather they take a long time than release a dodgy patch." If they set a deadline they should keep to it, regardless of how many bugs they need to iron out. All the bugs should be gone by the time the deadline is up.

I have the same problem but choose to ignore it and just get in and out of showrooms as quickly as possible. Waiting on the patch for a fixup.

Not just that, but the Xbox is built by Microsoft using IBM technology and whatnot. But I think its less that and more that they didn't get the licences in time. And I say "in time" for a reason - we can see them releasing them now.

Sessions are the people you can see at one point. If you look down in the bottom left there should be a number just beneath the GPS which shows you how many people are in the session. If you press F then their names should be displayed. You can use the numpad to navigate through them and do various things. See you around!

The community is certainly large enough! And its SWAMPED with Germans. :D What can I say? They're natural born racers.

The manual should have it all written out for you, but I'll post the directions here as well. Go to My Documents, Test Drive Unlimited, savegame, *profile name* If there isn't one already then create a file called "Radio" (excluding quotation marks) and open it up. Then create a folder in "Radio" with whatever name you want. Dump MP3s in there. easy!

Makes me wish I could speak German. -_- Its nice to see there are other slow cruisers. I mean, I don't follow all the rules when I slow cruise and my lane discipline on motorways is atrocious, but I usually abide by speed limits and overtaking rules. According to British law at least. :D We should gather people like us and go on a group cruise!

Aparently developers are phasing out easter eggs. Publishers don't like them, because they aren't informed about them or something. There are other ramifications which I'd love to tell you all about, but I can't remember them.
