I see you still have quite a lot of jagged lines with the new set-up (previous page). I also have 8800Gt but a weaker CPU and I can get max picture quality and it still runs well. It's a custom paint job. Cherry red + slightly darker red for highlights.

I think it's because of the blur effect you can set in-game. The pic is the real deal, I only edited the contrast and brightness a bit.
