I had this problem when first installing the game. I've fixed it so I thought I'd post the solution.....

The problem seems to occur when the user is using 5.1 Surround sound. It seems game only supports 2.1 at this stage.....although I find this hard to believe.

To fix the problem:

- Start

- Control Panel

- Hardware and sound

- Sound

- (Play back tab) - Configure (Bottom left)

- Select Stereo

Well have you tried testing it in the Recording Devices part of the Sound Mixer? Because I had a problem with my mic because I use an External sound card and was plugging my Mic In into that, and Windows could see the sound card, but it kept automatically assigning itself to the Mic In on the internal sound card (which of course, there wasn't :p).

Its on board sound and I've never had my microphone plugged into the computer.....

I'm having trouble with Fraps but I'm not sure if its the software or my drivers.

Everything's already apart from the ''Recording Sound''. Every time I film something, Everything goes nice and smoothly but there is no sound recorded.

(I've ticked the ''Record sound'' box, So it isnt that)

Now - This is what I think it is. As my "Sound input" - I have default. But I'm pretty sure I need it to be ''When U Hear''. But how do I change it ?!

If anyone has any ideas, Please let me know. I wanna start filming !!!

Have you got another graphics card. Your one at the moments alright, but it isn't the best in the world. You can pick up a fairly decent ATi 4850 for £100, or ATi 3850 £50.

I'm pretty sure that'll help you a bit. But like others have said, close any other programs that aren't needed. (Sounds stupid, but closing your anti-virus helps ALOT).

Your processor shouldn't be a problem due to it being quite new. Have you got alot of space on your h-drive?

Would'nt that be ilegal due to me not purchasing it. I'll buy it after x-mas.

I'm trying to train myself up on Sony Vegas. There aren't many tutorials out there so I'm doing trail and error. If anyone knows any good tutorials, Please hit me with the link. (I know the basics)

I've also got a problem with my fraps & sound. Its not recording any sound what so ever. (Yes - Record sound is ticked and the output / input is selected)

How am I going to get the porsche. Am I right in saying that: Because I havent got the TDU:Add on pack, I won't be able to see the porsches...?

Has anyone got a Koenigsegg they could lend me. Just for me to film and do testing. (Will be about 1 / 2 weeks with it).

What GFX card are you using and whats your idle temp. I would look at the image attachment but I can't open it in firefox.

Hello all,

Whilst on a couple of missions, I've noticed that I'm driving into a police car....that isnt even there.

Its happened about 4 / 5 times now, espeically on the car delivery missions where i'm trying to get them perfect.

Could this be a currupt file, or just a small bug...?

Well - Me and andreaz had a quick cruise around today and I found myself on the otherside of the hill whilst Andreaz cruised over me.
