which patch is that? cause ive intsalled 1.68a... do i need both ?

im having a problem that is new as its didnt happen before... I run tdupe as 'adminstrator' and import the performance packs I want to import, but after saving each car individually and saving all changes and starting up tdu, it crashes after the two title videos and a vista message comes up saying this program wasnt running properly or something .... any help please?? :D

please reupload.... it would be awesome to have in my opinion :D
