  1. I was also wondering, because I need to resize and rotate my model for it to fit over the SSR, how I can rotate/resize the whole model. Becuase at the moment I can only select individual meshes and groups. It's driving me mad...

Please, anyone? This is the only thing stopping me importing it to TDU :crying:. What I basically want to do is 'Flatten' my model (not literally) like you do with an image in photoshop, so that I can select, rotate and resize the whole model at the same time. Like I said now I try to rotate the model and it only rotates say, a door or even just a wing mirror.

Please Please Help. Then I'll release a Beta Exterior

  2. All I can say, is you've done something wrong.

I just imported the same model and can export without errors. So go back and start again by merging the van thing with the SSR.

Did you load the 'Common_car' textures in Zmodeler first off? If not start there. Better yet why not follow my little guide I done? ;)

Yeah I have been follow your import guide (thanks for that btw :)) and I just tried again exporting another model, the 2010 Rolls Royce Ghost :D and it worked so I'll start over with this project and see what happens.

    Thanks for the reply

  3. OK, add behind the name FRL_L this:

    (CLR)

So that the name of the material is:

    FRL_L (CLR)

If it doesn´t work then, I don´t know what´s the problem:(

No sorry, that comes up with the same error too. I'll try starting over with a new replacment... maybe the Curve or A3 :sulk: Hope the problem isnt with my model or I'll have to cancel the mod :(

  4. Wow if u just made that and u only just got zmodeler then thats not bad...

Made that model in SketchUp which I've had for a while :D

    Nice one. :)

Just a thought which makes me scratch my head in confusion, If you 'Brought' Zmodeler you should have Zmodeler 2.2.2 not Zmodeler 2.2.1

So whats going on with that?

I dunno I thought that when I first opened it, I checked to see if there was a newer version, there was, so I ran that auto update thing and now have 2.2.2 :D

  5. OK so I finally got Zmodeler (seeing as I kinda failed as a sound modder ) and I can now start proper modding (while I'm not busy with school) :p. But please dont expect anything great since this is my first mod and I'm learning :) Thought I'd post a WIP just to see what people thought of the idea

  6. Maybe we can make out of the Lexus dealership a BMW Dealer...nobody ever drives a Lexus.

And this 135i would fit perfectly in there.

    Anyway, nice project!

Thats actually a real good idea except no lexus has the performance of the M3 GT2 :p But yeah I agree the 135i would fit well on a Lexus :D

  7. I downloaded this and 10 mins later I undownloaded it. StarLeyGT, you might as well have made a Mack truck download, It's a little too big. The spokes are kinda gross too. They look like the spokes Kenya West would've put on his Rolls. Nice try.

It's Kanye West :) and try the stock rims because I agree, the tuned ones are ghastly :p. Also to make it look better (being the massive car that it is) try editing the ride height to 210mm (front and back). It looks much better :D

    A small bump.

Anybody has any suggestions for rims to replace the ones included?

The stock one looks too small (it's 21 inches in real life), and the tuned one is too large to be true, though rather 'pimped' enough to make Ludacris happy.

But overall, it's still a great mod!

Well technically the stock ones on this are the right size, but because the tyres themselves are so big they don't look 21" :p. I've looked around for alternate rims but I can't seem to find any that fit well, I'll post in this thread if I find any that fit :D

  8. TBH I dunno what all the fuss is about modders doing the same mods, it means the people downloading them can chose the best, and the more competition there is between modders, the more they're gonna take care over their mods :p. And Reaper's right, there isnt any rules on doing mods that've been done before and Tool can do what ever mods he likes. Keep up the good work Tool
