    Hi! Have you been able to resolve this issue? Reinstalling the game did not fix it for me I've tried tweaking a lot of options on dgVoodoo, lowering resolution and framerate, using older physical graphics card and changing HD patch settings. Nothing works Every time one of the cars doesn't spawn and the game softlocks
