  1. New Ferrari F40 Sound. Added Custom Spool and Original F40 BOV. New Audi R8...wip.
  2. Are there any intentions of Modders creating Rally Cars from past or present? Wouldn't mind throwing these babies 'round a corner or two!
  3. Lol, yes well if your intentions are an engine swap, sure why not!
  4. There is really no point in releasing the sounds as they are meant for Tool's and Reaper's mod. If their project goes ahead, I will release them.
  5. Car mod is canceled? Oh well, this will be on hold then.
  6. Just an example of the sounds using the Mclarens until the real cars are done. Sounds a bit weird without the fast shifting. Note: These are not F1 cars, so don't expect them to sound like one. 7. Yeh, I have them too, but I try and not use them, rather relying on other means. But if I can't do them myself, I might resort to them.
  8. Awesome sounds! But the time in one gear is too short for a good extraction. I tried one loop out but ends up too short after doppler tweak. Would've been good if he stretched out the gears a bit longer.
  9. I think the sound files are encrypted.
  10. Adding supercharger sounds is harder than you think. As of yet, we can't edit the sound config files where we can direct the sound engine to a seperate supercharger sound loop. We have to merge the sounds within the available wav files at hand. It can be done but it doesn't really sound realistic.
  11. My mod is based on this.. Anyhow, I tweaked the final sounds.
  12. Ferrari F430..little loud. I'll work on the 360 some other time. Ferrari F430 Download- http://www.sendspace.com/file/ytjxs1
  13. Believe me it's not. I haven't driven all the cars yet in the game, including the Mclaren. All new samples are used in my mods, not one mod was used from existing sounds. Unless stated otherwise, that will continue. BTW, I would love to make more 'racey' sounds. The high rpms and screaming audible heaven are just insane. I'm thinking of making a sound for the BMW 5 mod. But instead of the stock sound, i'll drop in a racing engine from an M5, that would blow your ear drums! Again, can anyone point me to a skinning tutorial please? I would like the racing livery to accompany the racing engines.
  14. Appreciate the comments guys :o In case anyone is wandering what the breadvan is ..here ya go. Not the best looking thing around but boy, does it sound awesome!
  15. You can do whatever you like. No credit needed. Sorry about late reply.

    1. My new Ferrari 250 GTO sound mod. Based upon one of my favourites..the GT 'Breadvan'. Obviously a racing sound rather than stock.Added Backfire sample. Turn up your speakers to really enjoy this one! (wip..wip..wip..) I just wish I knew how to apply racing graphics to the cars. Anyone care to point me to the right direction? 2. My new Countach sound. The original sound was fine, but not 100% IMO. All new samples recorded from a Countach belonging to a 'special someone'. Stock, no mods. Lamborghini Countach- http://www.sendspace.com/file/ynz3e1
    3. I had this sound lying around. Little imperfections but drivable. Mclaren SLR- http://www.sendspace.com/file/i7ovgt
    4. Just ironing out a few overlapping sample issues...soon.
    5. Thanks for the assuring comments. Video updated to v2.
    6. When I use real cars, I use a pro mic and laptop to record, in a 'reverbless' environment when I can. The software I use is Goldwave and Sound Forge. Then it's just a matter of editing 'till sounds feel right.
    7. These samples were recorded from a car that belongs to my boss. Admittedly, he had some work done to the exhaust and some internal work, raising the rpm range limit. That's why it sounds higher pitched than normal. I also recorded from the front of the car, where I would usually record from further back. Also, the original sample slots offered only 2 on/off samples reducing the natural sound of rising rpms. I must say though, full ball in this thing is pure magic!
    8. My new DB9 sound. Experimenting with new technique so it may sound a little weird. EDIT: I recorded from further back of the car. The custom exhaust note and rumble of the v12 is...louder. Turn up the bass of your sound system. Compare the two different versions in my Youtube Videos. Aston Martin DB9- http://www.sendspace.com/file/lv222i
