Assetto Corsa Console Delay
The wait for the console version of Assetto Corsa gets that bit longer as publisher 505 Games have announced that the title will now be out in June.
Originally pencilled in for an April release, the new dates are now June 3rd for Europe and June 7th for North America. The publisher says the game has been delayed to give developers Kunos Simulazioni the extra time to get the Pledge (other polishes are available) out and "ensure the console release delivers the most polished experience for simulation racing fans".
Not many will deny them that extra time if it means being able to fulfil the promise of the 60fps simulation-racer that they are craving, particularly when you consider they will be going up against PlayStation and Xbox stalwarts Forza and Gran Turismo, plus the new'ish kids looking to make a dent in the racing scene, Project CARS.
