The anime studio Sunrise is producing an original 25-episode anime series called Phi Brain: Kami no Puzzle for a Fall 2011 premiere on the public television network NHK-Educational. The school adventure story revolves around Kaito, a puzzle-loving freshman at the private high school named "Root Academy." He is selected as a candidate for "Phi Brain" for his extraordinary mental skills. One day, he and his childhood friend Nonoha tackle the "unsolvable puzzle" hidden in the underground ruins near the school. They are guided by the mobile device given to Kaito by the student council president. The puzzle is the "philosopher's puzzle," a life-threatening creation of a mysterious intelligence group known as "POG." When he defeats the puzzle, he is designated as a "Solver." Together with Nonoha and other Solvers, Kaito battles POG at "philosopher's puzzles" all over the world. Junichi Sato (Kaleido Star, Princess Tutu, Tamayura) is directing off scripts supervised by Mayori Sekijima (Saber Marionette J, Star Ocean EX, Jyūshin Enbu - Hero Tales). Next year's combined 2nd/3rd volume of Shogakukan's Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine is announcing on Wednesday that a theatrical anime film adaptation of Kenjirou Hata's Hayate the Combat Butler manga has been launched. The story follows a boy named Hayate who serves as a butler, bodyguard, confidante, and more to a girl named Nagi to pay off a 156,804,000-yen (about US$1.8-million) debt. First-time director Hideto Komori (animation director of Darker than BLACK, Ergo Proxy, House of Five Leaves) is helming the project at the studio Manglobe (The World God Only Knows). Yasuko Kobayashi (Kamen Rider Ryuki, Kamen Rider Den-O, Blassreiter, Casshern Sins, Claymore, Shakugan no Shana) is scripting. Viz Media will publish the 17th manga volume in North America next March. The manga already inspired two television anime series in Japan, and Bandai Entertainment announced at Anime Expo 2008 that it licensed the first anime series for North America. Crunchyroll simulcasted the second anime series in several countries as it aired Japan in last year. The Taiwanese production and broadcasting company Gala TV will air a separate live-action television series based on the manga next year. Source: ANN

On Monday, the official blog for Softbank Creative's GA Bunko light novel imprint posted the wraparound jacket band that reveals that an anime adaptation has been green-lit for CaramelBox's romantic comedy adventure game Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru 2 ~Futari no Elder~ . The game is the sequel to the Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru game that already inspired the Otoboku - maidens are falling for me! television anime series. The story is set in the same Seio Girl's School as the first game and its spinoffs. A beautiful, silver-haired student named Chihaya Kisakinomiya is transfering into the all-female student body at Seio. The catch is that Chihaya is a boy. The game shipped in Japan this past summer, and it inspired a light novel (pictured at right) from GA Bunko. More details about the new anime will be posted on the game's portal site. If there's one thing I do notice on these trailers it is that the profile of the tyres seem to be the same and on particular Ferrari's this is very noticeable. Check the F430 Scuderia in this one for example.

Basically the department in charge of the prices of the cars has been looking up real world prices and seeing what works best in that area in regards to the prices in the game.
