You have to buy them through the marketplace. All the car packs are 350 Microsoft Points... (MP) There are a few free ones that you can also download. You can get to the marketplace through the game by going to your house > Trade > Marketplace Additionally, you can also buy (H) Hardcore mode for 150 MS. I would recommend you make this one of your first purchases. And if you have heard otherwise, you DON'T need a steering wheel to use (H) Hardcore mode. Hope this helps. :)
