  1. The Shelby 427 S/C from Forza 3 still needs to get done by someone reliable, a certain modder's version of it only has 5 inch wide tires and he claims it can't be fixed.....
  2. Start the program, go to Vehicle Manager. Open the car, in the lower left there's a box called "Bodywork". You'll see the "Ride Height" section at the top of that box, first change the Rear height, then check the Front box and change that height, click the Set button, then the big Save button.
  3. All his usual things are wrong with the Lancia mod. If he's actually shooting to be the best modder, he has very low aim.
  4. Dude, seriously, read the post JUST before yours.....
  5. I've encountered problems with dotnet framework in the past, it doesn't seem to be "all encompassing" in each version, you still need the older versions installed.
  6. It should be mandatory to read topics like these from the last post to the first before you're allowed to whine about a dead link..... It should also be mandatory to read the topic title.....at least five times.....before entering the topic whining about a dead link for a patch you don't need because a newer version is out.....
  7. In that case he should have kept his mouth shut and just released his version of the car. This whole lame contest of "I can do the same car better than you" is just completely stupid and is a monumental waste of time when there's literally HUNDREDS of car mods waiting to be done from Forza 3 alone, 500+ cars, and there's only about a dozen or so done so far because of this stupid little one-up ego competition. Give everybody the exact same set of modding information and then we'll see who makes the best mods when the playing field is evened out. The ones with the biggest attitudes usually fall to the bottom at that point.
  8. Tool did it already.
  9. No, those have single "spokes" and are carbon fiber.
  10. If you don't like it, manually install it and bodyswap it, you know, the option that's existed since the start of TDU modding.....
  11. Rubie, Audi TT cockpit cam, you won't have to twist your camera sideways to get a centered steering wheel.
  12. I think I just found a bug that's been in TDUMT for a long time but I never noticed it until now. I was trying to find a camera set for the newer version of the Dodge SRT-10 truck that was just released, and I found that the regular cameras, and the advanced cameras, are all mixed up, they don't match eachother at all. The Chevy SSR Regular camera has the same cockpit cam as the Chrysler 300-C, and a different Hood cam as well, because the SSR Advanced Hood cam is different than the SSR Regular hood cam. The Hood_Back cams are different as well.
  13. If you used just one auto-installer for any car mod, there's a chance that installer changed some physics data. Also, DJey just linked to a solution above.....
  14. I thought I saw something similar to them a while back but I think they got deleted.
  15. Because the whole car list is 500+ cars, and some of them have already been done, and others I don't want at all. I posted this to give modders ideas, specifically that some of the older cars need to get done instead of the constant focus on cars made after 2000 that were either already in TDU, or are just the next year's versions of TDU's defaults. The Aston Martin DB5, this rightfully should've been in TDU by default, it's James Bond's first gadget filled car. The 959 should've been on someone's project list by now, that's been a most wanted car for a very long time and it's one of those "mythical" cars that everyone wanted, but could never have. To date, nobody has done a decent "HachiRoku" AE86, they've all had various problems, or worse, loaded down with bodykits and wings and carbon fiber everywhere. The Toyota 2000GT, another Bond car, it was in "You Only Live Twice", though not Bond's own car in that movie. It would make a perfect replacement for the Jag E-Type, or a perfect replacement to race against it with similar physics. Also, it's just a huge waste of time for modders to all do the same cars, there's no reason for it really. The only reason it's being done right now is a lame competition with each one silently saying "I can do better than you can", and it's childish to say the least. If all the modders were working from the exact same information, I guarantee that nobody would be "on top", the playing field would be drastically evened out.
  16. The "Unable to load requested vehicle data" means that you've modded the physics of the car with TDUPE or with a physics installer, and you've set the top speed too high. Put it back to stock and it will open again, but as soon as you reset the top speed, the "bug" will happen again. Either that or you can read back through the topic for a more permanent solution.
  17. Wasn't somebody working on that thing a long time ago??? It never got finished.
  18. Eeewwww at stretched wheelbase Busa's. The bike is already on the verge of Ugly (especially the old ones), then they just make it worse by trying to make it into a Limo..... The ones who stretch a bike would do better to learn throttle control instead of opting for the wimps way out of killing the wheelies.
  19. Link for what??? If you mean a link to the TDU Modding Tools, there's a link to that topic in the first post where it says "available here". That's a clickable link in the first post. The 1.68a Community Patch has it's own topic. If you mean a link to each of the mods, not gonna happen for reasons already explained in this topic, learn to use the search function for this board, and start checking different TDU Download sites, especially some of the Russian sites. ______________________________________________________ EDIT: Added 10 more cars, total is now 250. Audi A8-L Audi S4 Avant (2005) Audi S5 2008 (Minime891) Bentley Continental GT Supersports BMW M5 E60 (2005) BMW Z4 sDrive35is 2011 (Fl0w) BMW Z4 sDrive35is 2011 (Tool) Mercury Cyclone Porsche 944 Turbo Porsche 997 GT3 2007 (Tool) I also made some edits to previously existing cameras... Chevy Corvette Stingray 1967 (new cockpit cam thanks to Reilsss' suggestion) Ferrari F430 Novitech Rosso Supersport Spyder (new cockpit and hood cams) Ferrari F-50 Barchetta (new cockpit cam) Ferrari F-50 Roadster (new cockpit cam) Ford Focus SVT (new cockpit cam) Nissan Skyline R34 Veilside (new cockpit cam) Nissan Skyline R-35 GTR (new cockpit cam) Pontiac GTO Judge 1969 (new cockpit cam) Saleen S5S Raptor (new cockpit and hood cam)
  20. IIRC this is the 4th bike mod.
  21. If the Cameras.bin file wasn't already in that folder, that most likely means you need the 1.68a patch. And no, editing with notepad isn't really an option, and the Vista solution should be in the topic above.
  22. Sorry that was my mistake, I thought I saw this on one of FenixZ's release locations yesterday, I just checked the readme in the download I got from the other site and it does say "dok" in the middle of all the Russian stuff.
  23. As for why the newest version of the program doesn't work, look in the Sticky topic above. As for instructions on how to change the cameras, look at the link in my sig.
  24. That's not exactly an "old" Porsche 911......
  25. If your seat position sliders are in the positions I recommended, you shouldn't see any strange parts of your driver's body if the IK matches the listing. I set the sliders in the middle and never touch them again. The IK can change seat position forward or backward, and if you use the wrong IK, the driver's body can be too far forward. Plus I'm going back through some of the cars and changing the Cockpit cams now that I have tons more screenshots for comparison, I can get things a bit more accurate now. I'm trying to keep about 40% to 60% of the steering wheel in view above the bottom of the screen at the same time as having a good viewing angle through the windshield AND a centered steering wheel that's not too high or too low, as well as a good IK position. Not exactly an easy task with some of these mods. I'll have camera edits for the Ferrari F50, the Focus SVT, the S5S Raptor (just a hood cam change for that one), and maybe the Zonda R in the next update. I'll take a look at the old Stingray too.
