Hey all, long time no post. I recently picked up TDU 2 for $9.99 on Steam, what a deal. Great so far, aside from crappy vehicle sounds and odd handling. But I come to you asking a question, is it still possible to use a joystick as a clutch pedal? Any input is appreciated, thank you. Hope to see you ingame, name is: ShouldaHadAV8

That wasn't what I was getting at, but thank you for the help anyway, I ended up just installing the update on the computer with TDU installed and I'm in the process of moving files to my computer. Thanks anyways Mellors, FordRacing2009

Ok guys, I just went through Hell getting TDU onto my desktop. Long story short, installed it on another comp and transfered the files via flash drive. I didn't run the update on the other computer though, and since the game wasn't installed on this computer, the registry has no record of the game and that patch doesn't recognize that it's installed. Is there a way to manually install the patch, or even put in the registry keys that the patch looks for? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks all, FordRacing2009

I think this would be a beautiful sound for the Saleen S281.

I use the Logitech Driving Force Pro. http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=2462503 You can use one of the paddle buttons as a clutch if you prefer to have one, or use a spare joystick like I do. 900 degrees of rotation, many buttons, sequential shifter.

I think this sound would go great with the Saleen models in the game. Sound example:
