Listen to this: Reason that a R32 and newer types of VR6 sound different is because a new VR6 is a 24 valve and a old one(golf 3, corrado etc.) is a 12 valve.

Look good on the interwebs, google is your best friend.

Atleast ask the R32 version, way better :P

Hi icEcko, As far as I know, it's not possible. You can edit the physics of a car, then will the performance kits will change automaticly with higher top speeds etc. Btw, you probably could know this if you used the search function ;) Greetz

Indeed, use winrar(30 day trial, you can use it as long as you want but after 30 days you will get a screen that says your trial is ended but you can click it away and you can still use the program) or 7zip(no trial, is freeware). And if you want to upload pictures, upload it to Photobucket(registration is needed) or Imageshack (no registration needed) but Photobucket is faster and better imo. Problem with San Andreas models is, mostly they are not that high poly and/or have a bad interior because SA doesn't have a cockpit cam. But the author is Club[TH] and he has nice models(well, his driftcars have and many other cars, interiors are as far i know pretty neat too), but i don't know about the copyrights, permission to convert etc. So try get his permission first or get another model(with permission just in case) from a free model site/game mod site or if you want it so bad, maybe a paid one(90% sure you get a nice and high poly one, but not many people want to pay for it and sometimes it is too highpoly for TDU or they ask way too much for it)

I had/have this problem too, in the garage, let say 3 cars next to each other, left was a Escort Cosworth, middle was a mercedes, and the right was a Tuscan if I remember it right, when I was on the Escort, and go to the Mercedes, the stats and name of the Escort stay on that screen at the right, topspeed etc. if I go to the Tuscan, the stats refresh with the stats of the Tuscan, and if I got to the Mercedes, the stats of the Tuscan stayed, till i got to the Escort or other vehicle. But the Mercedes was still driveable, so it don't really lost it, but it was a very strange bug, and yes, I modded the game(patch 1.67D) and with some installers.

You mean G60 :thumbsup: G30 doesn't exist as far I know, but the G40 does, that one came in a old Polo and the G60 in a Golf MK2 or a Corrado. Personally i love if it's possible to make a version with G60 logo's(and bumpers) or Synchro logo's :thumbsup: I see more people are interested in a brandspanking new GTI, let's hope Terzer or a other Forza converter want to do this :thumbsup:

I've voted for the Nissan Skyline Z tune, Clio V6, AE86 and the R8 V8 version(because the interior) But i like to see the Clio V6, other rides already exist :P

@zo6dude, i saw your post to late, so yeah, was busy with plenty of things :P Good question, maybe that's the problem, i have the extra carpack installed, but i think i have the 1.66 or an older version, maybe soon trying to install the 1.67d, let see if that will work. And this car is really nice to drive, nice interior, everything is nice, but i saw a bug with the shadows, but for myself, i don't care, i drive only cockpit/hood cam :P And i think i know how Tool made the rpm counter, pretty easy, he made one big pointer, and made a face with the square spaces in them, and let the big pointer go right after them. Smart idea, maybe he can do the same with the km/h/mph counter, only that would be extremely hard to calibrate. Under is the example, but the orange thing turns on the backside of the black rpm cover, i found it when i changed the rpm to 9000 rpm or something, then i saw the backside, so that's the way i found it. To be honest, if i install the car via the installer, my game crashes, i've tried 3 cars so far, and 2 of the three crashes my game, the Italdesign BMW crashes my game, the S2000, but the Skyline(which i installed first) works. Kinda strange, but i install my cars manually, takes about 10 secondes more, but i also setup my own physics, so i don't really care ;) But still, nice work Tool, you made some great cars ;p keep up the good work. And Kurgan, what's the problem, if you want 2 install your models manually, it's fine too? why all that complaining? Sure, an installer that don't work (we are probably the only two, maybe it's our fault, who knows, i don't see any other folks with this problem) it's not so great, but if you want to change another vehicle with the downloaded vehicle, why the stupid complaining, it's pointless, you can grab the BNK files with ease, so i don't really see your point. And, English is not my first language, so sorry for some grammar faults.

Hey, I have re-installed TDU yesterday, because it didn't work by a strange reason. So after the re-install, I installed the TDU Crazy Snow Mod, i've played about an hour, and closed it. Installed 2 new cars, a Mercedes 500E and a Rolls Royce Phantom, started the game, and played for an half hour. I wanted to sleep, so I shut down my pc, and now, TDU doesn't work anymore, and probably the same reason as the first time. I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, but first it always worked with W7, so I don't get it anymore. Thanks.

Yes, open part 0, and copy everything out of that package, winrar check by it self if it missing a part, i so, it's gonna complain, but if you got all the parts, you can copy all the stuff out of it. You probably doing it wrong, i downloaded this too(and play it right now) without any errors, are you sure that you have all the 13 parts(0-12)?
