  1. well actually i stopped working on the CDI and C63 sound mod and i was not about to make changes again..

by adding bass, do you mean to use other samples, or just add some more bass and deeper sound to it?

i cant promise anything if i'm going to update it or not, sorry for that mate.. maybe i'll give it a try one day

since TDU1 is surely dead, there is no motivation into making changes for me personally :/

  2. I could not play online with this mod. After a few seconds of driving, I got a blank message then I was sent right back to title screen

Uninstalled the mod and it was ok.

    Yeah the same problem here..

installed the mod, played less then one minute and get an error, that something is wrong with my gamedata or something else

but anyway its a great mod indeed

german: ich bekomme die fehlermeldung, dass etwas an den spieldaten nicht stimmen soll und die verbindung trennt sich

  3. (Going by the gauges in the video) It sounds just the like the real thing up to about 3500rpm, otherwise the rest needs a little work still.

If you can find some samples of the high rpm's of this car you'll have yourself a very nice mod :)

    thanks mate : )

you mean that the onhigh sample is a bit to slow?

Really REALLY like the start sound of V3. However, the transition between the gears arent really pronounced. But for some reason, I really like it that way. +rep :)

i played with manual clutch and shifting ^^

just tried to get a smooth start and transition of the gears hehe

but i already got the original gear ratios which i am using now ; )

  4. well thats a hard part of sound modding but you have to change the speed of the sounds that it will fit at the end. what i mean is: the sound files won't be the same as recorded. the file is compressing or stretching ingame. now for example you take your onlow file. then you have to look how it sounds on the last rpm before changing to onmid. in most case the change is at 3k-4k rpm. now the end sounding of your onlow should be nearly the same as the beginning of the onmid. but sometimes if you change the speed off the samples the whole sound sounds rubbish you have to find very good samples and very good speed editing to make it well. ; )

i hope i could descripe you a little bit what i wanted to mean and what you asked for :D

    good luck! ; )
