  1. In the fuel tank, there is a sensor that moves up and down depending on the level of fuel within the tank. Although the tank is empty (the sensor is at the bottom of the tank and it's telling the needle on the dash to show empty on the gauge), there is still some fuel left in the pipe that connects the fuel tank to the engine. It's not actually running on fumes, there is just a little bit fuel left for the car to sip on.

If you're wondering why German engines are so good, its because they don't dump their money into defense. They can use their money for better things, like car engines, for example. :cheeky:

  2. im kinda confused what does a better mother board do?

doesnt it all come down to the ammount of memory and proccessing speed?

sorry to ask this im kinda a newb when it comes to comp. stuff like this

A better motherboard is like a better mother. The better your mother is, better your life will be. Likewise, if you have a crappy mother, you won't be a happy person. As you say, processing speed and RAM is essential for a computer to run fast. A good motherboard supports fast processors, 10's of gigs of ram, and has a plethora of expansion slots for your graphics card needs.

  3. To really enjoy driving you need to be all connected to the vehicle, not just sit along for the ride doing nothing.

So basically you'd say you would not enjoy driving an automatic Ferrari for a day?

Just because a car has an auto box doesn't mean it's not fun to drive. Sure, it would be better with a manual, but to make that type of assertion is an overstrech.

A real car enthusiast gets pleasure out of driving their car, period. Transmission types really shouldn't bother that person.

    :agreed:

  4. Isn't all that info kept in your user profile, which isn't touched by the iTunes installation? I've moved people's profile from one computer to a new one at work, then installed iTunes on the new PC and it picks everything up straight away (put it this way, no-ones complained of losing anything).

Well if you buy EVERYTHING off the iTunes store then you can move files wherever you want (I think it's up to five computers). Unless now theres a way to move music and video file information obtained by other means that I don't know of...

  5. Quoted for truth

Needs to be in a sig ;)

 I'll be looking for this quite in a sig sometime soon.

hmmmm i'll try that when i get a chance. i wont lose my music though right?

You won't lose your music (.mp3 or whatever) files, however you may lose any custom playlists, album artwork, that sort of thing. If I were you I'd export your library so that you don't have to input all the music information back into iTunes. Click "File, Library, Export Library..." and that should save your current iTunes Library.

  6. I believe the game I'm thinking of is "Test Drive: Offroad 2." It was a really old game for Windows 98 PCs, I had a lot of fun with it though :)

Oh yeah, and another 'Classic' Test Drive I've played was a game along the lines of "Test Drive Unlimited." It came out around 2006 and although I got a late start on it, it was a pretty epic game. Will be talked about for centuries. :cheeky:

  7. The third gen Taurus always looked like a flying saucer. The Taurus Ghia (G3) models they sold abroad looked worse since they had more obnoxious headlights. Now that gold Taurus with the wide body kit looks like something put together by aliens. The Taurus never really gets respect for what its done for the automotive industry. I don't know if these people are just trying to further ridicule a car that already gets loads of crap or if they're actually trying to improve their rides. :oook:
