Its a custom font, do you want me to send it as well? I think the font contributes a lot to the overall look- if you want to use a similar font that keeps that feel/look thats cool. At the very least, i'd like to keep that font for the first page and wallpaper. It is in photoshop. I'll copy all the text into a .txt document for you? And you want the actual pages flattened yeah?

So what happens now...

Well... mine is done :D and heres the teaser/layout that i'd like (teaser for everyone, taking note of the layout for you ken). Was lots of fun, looking forward to doing more for the magazine :) That last one is supposed to be like a poster, or in this case, a 1920x1080 wallpaper that would be downloadable. edit: and I know the page size specs, i just put them together like that to show how it'd work in an actual magazine- they are the right size- theres 5 pages and the wallpaper.

double post I know, but... hows this looking ken? Remember, i'm not having a crack at the cover at all, i'm just doing my segment and this is the style im going for. Edit: updated, first 2 pages done, extremely happy so far. Yay 2 pages of content. the first page is still as it is there.

Can I send you the pictures and stuff, and my review and you just assemble it? (Not rewrite or anything, and i'll show you how I think it should be set out, but it'd be your decision on how it looks in the end) edit: and my review has changed to a comparison of my personally tuned GTR Spec V and the Mines BNR34 Skyline. The text for mine was originally grey, but yeah. I also came up with a different one (mine is for my section, not the cover of the article). Thanks for the specs too. Problem- my writing skill has been lost, I cant think of anything to write XD going to read some top gear reviews and stuff, maybe it'll spark some ideas and stuff. edit: ken, how'd you manage 1200x1600? my pictures are 1920x1080 (landscape) or 1080x1620? Or have you just made the canvas that big and used the black gradient to make up for the gap at the top due to the picture not being the full height?

hows this? Its still a long way off, just seeing whether its the right sorta size and stuff? edit: and am I right in thinking that the aero WAS indeed designed using advanced algorithms and such, or is that the LFA?

And the other one where they had the V8 vantage race car thingy, GT3 RS and... something else XD (maybe the old Gallardo Superleggera?)

I have another idea, lol. An issue-ly challenge/test thing, like with Top Gear's reviews of 3 cars they like and are in the same sorta class. Basically, someone creates a really long course, with some technical parts, some easy wide parts, etc, and we each represent our chosen car type (for that challenge, for me it'd be jdm/japanese cars) and we write a review on the 'trip' as a whole and on the car as it progressed through the 'trip'- just had another idea partway through, treat the created tracks as the trip, and we stop at a real circuit along the way (as they often do in the show). Just a way for us all to collaborate and get some great shots and content to write on. On a slightly related note, havent quite started my GTR write up yet, taking photos now and will write up after that. What are the specs of the pages and stuff? I'd like to do my own layout and stuff (Ken, you've seen and liked my little photoshop collages, and I have some multimedia experience, I get magazine layouts and stuff, and I have some cool stuff in my head that I cant really translate into words for you to create) edit- psn id: pr0ph3cy_92_ Anyone is free to add me, just let me know who you are/where I know you from XD

As far as I can tell, RUF isnt in that list either, but its confirmed RUF is in the game so that list is now irrelevant.

K, um... anyone who wants THEIR car reviewed (any car- and will be reviewed in many aspects, not just track times etc), drop me a pm and we'll organize an exchange- do not worry, you wont lose your car, im not like that and i wouldnt ruin my fairly good reputation by stealing your car publicly... In the meantime i'll get to reviewing something, nissan gtr or something... XD

They wont let Porsche go, guys, come on. I reckon they are just adding RUF to their gigantic array of manufacturers, and I am pretty happy with that. Will be preordering LCE. Question first though, the 5 pre order cars, they'll be in the game or as dlc yeah? I'll be pissed if the only way to get the 2011 WRX STI is to pre order it from bestbuy or wherever, as I'm in Australia and I dont think it is available to us. Also, that means having to choose between it and the Alfa, and thats a choice I dont want to make XD Looks amazing either way, cant wait to thrash something ridiculous on that new Alps circuit.

Count me in. :P i'll do something, I dunno, im a kinda good writer, you all have seen my photos i guess, whatever you want i'll try and do. EDIT: for at least the first issue, but subject to change at any time at my own disgression, can I have my own 'jdm reviews/builds' section? Either my own, or people submitting cars to me to review etc? for something different, and I have a pure and real passion for pretty much anything jdm.

Love all of them, but my favourites would be the first 300zx portrait- so nicely framed, well done; the last 599 gtb one- just something about it, really really like it; and the entire mp4-12c set, just awesome.

I was thinking that. Is it obvious that I love Tokyo R246? XD

BMW M3 and Toyota Supra Follow this link for more of this set. Follow this link for more of this set. :D Some of the supra shots are... well not heavily edited, but they are more than just contrast and brightness adjusted. So happy with the supra. All i've done is restored it to its standard condition+better oil. Such a fun car to drive, as you can see from the pictures. And its pretty damned good for a standard model (visually). What do you think of the 2 sets? Suggestions for upcoming sets? Please leave feedback! :)
