I wonder if i ever see rain in this game. I play ist now for more than 20 realtime hours and it never rains or something, everytime the sun shines. I only see raining in the Driving lessons... I think i will never get some photos cause they needed a rainy day :(

Better Graphics (Higher LOD in the distance)?

I don't think so, take Two Worlds 2 as example, there you can with a special txt file that you can load into game a lot of tuning... Other games have an ini with you can pimp....so i hope TDU2 has although something like that to improve the graphics... -
