What do you mean - redownload? I've backed up my savegame before unpacking and patching.

I didn't do any modifications to the game at all. All the time I was playing it without any mods, cheats and trainers. I've never changed or delited any game files. I bought it for money so it's a license not a pirate copy. I've installed the Unofficial Patch and that's all.
