  1. well...thats true..didnt noticed this and thats even better...because means if StarGT touch this mod and improve it will be just perfect :D Rough mod is here so half of work is done and with proffesional modders from here..will be a top one. Thats the idea :p
  2. eh...you underestimate yourself.. if you think that can be improved thats even better...no hurry anyway...but just dont delete it from autopack list :D i dont mean that i expect it in next pack..but in future versions..:P

  9. yes..Centenaire and Sang Bleu are in fact standard Veyron 16.4 and 16.4 Grand sport...but painted Sang Bleu is spyder version (Grand Sport) and Centenaire is standard 16.4
  10. well...theres 4 Buggs very simmilar... 16.4 , 16.4 Grand Sport (that spyder version), and painted ones..Centenaire and Sang Bleu Lets say that 2 of them can stay because are normal and spyder versions..just like many others...but that means 2 of them can go now...Chiron and Vision GT are still on list to de added and they are Buggs as well....so why not replace old copy-paste veyrons with other cars from same brand and add those really special ones alone (Venom GT, Vulcan..etc) What i mean, i think is more logical and easy to replace a car with something from same brand or somehow similar when we can. Its not the best idea to replace cars with something totally different, like Vulcan was made initially. Cant really choose between Ascari and Vulcan..are just different and even more there are only 2 Ascaris in game...so why Vulcan replace one of them when a lot of similar Astons was here (because when this mod was created all old Black Astons was here, and still are here very similar ones :p )

  12. well maybe i misunderstood a bit what you said above about checkpoints..:) but still new times from oposite direction equal with old times from downhill means not real ones (because cars get those times uphill now, not on flat road how real performance are defined) but its ok, 0,1-0,3 seconds difference really doesnt matter so much. Watched videos...looks really great now. Hats off ! :tup:
  13. man..look at this, at minimap where i edited with red : on normal race you start here and finish here and in oposite direction you stard race here and end it here so...you start it way closer than normal direction ends and end it up faster than normal direction starts... how is that same distance? :laugh: like i said...is very hard to set exactly same checkpoints from TDU races editor... thats why on normal race you hit 432km/h but time is 1.8 mins and in oposite direction you hit only 416km/h but time is 1.1 mins...i think that top speed is much more relevant here.. when i say checkpoints i mean start point and finish point...others are optional, but even on this...on oposite direction first checkpoint is at 380m and second at 600 from first...on normal way first is at 360 and second at 620...again, not same distances and TDU mesurements are not the most accurate...
  14. so...you notice top speeds reached from both sides...432 and 416. That means road is not 100% flat :P and real performance must be somewhere between those 2 values, NOT adjusted only after lowest value.. Times are not a good reference now because its hard to set exactly same checkpoints and distance for both races...so i think top speed reached is more relevant. So...after some very complicated calculations result based on top speed difference is 3,84% what means real performance should be adjusted with 1,92%. With other words cars must be faster with 1,92%, buffed.
  15. first..a question : how upgrades affect new cars? If accelerations are increased like Tuner Shops say theres no problem and cars will be at this level to reach their top speeds. Anyway i think that a bit of improvement is required because as you can see in the other topic that road is not 100% flat and current results may be wrong. Its not flat, trust me, if you try to test cars from oposite direction you will se a different result on speeds :) Besides this i dont see why should make them unrealistic again, even if its just a bit, when the problem are roads, not cars...
  16. yes, that road is not 100% FLAT but it still contain curves what cut off your speed so i think overall its just like a straight and flat road, but still not long enough. and easy...15%? dont think so... you show a image with a jump or bump on road where yes, terrain difference is maybe 15% but OVERALL im 100% sure thats not 15% for entire road, Maybe 5% Anyway theres another option to adjust cars to this 5% and TEST IT. If i remember corectly if you adjust acceleration for a car at any speed, entire acceleration will be affected. So...why not adjusting accelerations for 0-100 and 0-200 on ANOTHER 100% FLAT road and then test for 300km/h + here? TDU still have enough roads for 0-200 speed tests and maybe the result will be better.
  17. well...i think that easiest solution for Racing school cars is to make them special, custom, if its possible, like you said and thats it. Are only few cars what cant be used on other events anyway and even more, can fit on realistic changes too because can be considered tuned up, upgraded cars for school :). I think thats the easy way because are already here and need only small changes (to become custom) and dont need to think and find new replacements, etc... *i was thinking those cars are special because Kegg CCXR case: there are 2 versions, normal one and racing school...and in game races (competitions, not licenses) Tess or who is..use Racing school CCXR, not standard one... Thats why i was thinking that are separate cars already. About C3, C4...i think thats not a big deal if they remain same because are slow anyway... Difference between realistic and old version i dont think will be so big here and because you said those classes have problems with aerodinamic mechanics can remain untouched... Are first cars, from beginning...nobody cares too much about low performance cars...(about their performance i mean..) Of course, if its possible to be adjusted its better and wellcome...but its just not such a big deal like high performance ones.

  19. just like I and others said...thats a problem with ROADS, not with cars.. TDU just dont have a good place for testing top speeds...not a long enough straight space, or even if this exist it contains jumps, bumps or thigns what cut off speed and you cant reach limits... So, due to this the main parameter is acceleration wich now can be more realistic than ever on 0-100, 100-200, 200-300 and 300+ km/h..just like in real versions... acceleration is the main factor for balance now...for top speed you need special place...and TDU dont have that place...unfortunately...

  21. hold on...i almost finished all licenses on a new profile and will test new cars on races did you changed racing school cars too? from what i know those cars are special ones, not standard variants...so we must test this too if its a fail those cars must remain unchanged because some tests from school are really hard and on limit

Now after all this i think again that theres no real problem with realistic version anymore :rofl: First you tested it on Sport mode and concluded thats nasty on handling at low speeds. - key words : low speeds, Sport mode - I think thats just ok since in FullAssistance is controllable. Theres a "holy trinity" of factors what balance any car : 1. Acceleration, 2. Top speed, 3. Handling. Now...since FXX is one of the best on already 2 parameters i think thats just fine to not be so good on 3rd. Its stupid to expect a car to be best on all aspects, and that means OP..from where discussion started. After that, FXX is a car for high performance, not for low speeds. So its just fine to be nasty at low speeds, due to its extreme acceleration and all focused on rear wheels. Its expectable to be bad at corners without FullAssistance. Even on reality i think that is bad at this point if you drive it without any system activated because its just a normal Ferrari car but modified to a race version. :laugh: Thats what all FXXs versions are in fact...not for low speeds. I dont see a real problem here anymore... Now you just found the solution for game Races..and was so clearly from start but didnt saw it... Man, if all cars are rebalanced that automaticaly means some cars wont fit anymore on their Class, so this must be adjusted too. Guess the result now: that Afla 8C probably wont be so good anymore but other cars will take its place on races. Some cars wont fit anymore on A2 and become A3, some wont perform for A3 class anymore and become A4...etc. TDU have more than enough cars for all this and i think that problem is kinda solved. (didnt even thought for this untill now...no need to keep a backup anymore :D) the only problem that remains are those DLC events...but im sure theres a solution what just need to be discovered.
  24. and this handling problem appear using full assistance? understand now if the answer is Yes and i encounter this problem even on current patch on one car : TVR Cerbera. Dont know if its only me but as a keyboard user this car is just the most difficult to drive in a normal race. Thx for explanations, now all this make sense.
