  1. all what mitkop explained above was about timed races problem..so where are other reasons or those imbalances better said? about online gaming is just like difference between an autopack user and a stock game user...where that autopack user have a really BIG advantage with cars like LaFerrari, 918...etc. Also exactly like this you have this option to just not use realistic version...so again, wheres that big problem? I dont care too much about those adjustments, game works great without, but i just liked the idea and i want to understand why, to see good reasons for this especially because this discussion started about current inbalances wich i think that are more than fixed with realistic adjustments. (you know..a bit OP cars, overperforming, old ones just outclassed...here we really have some balance issues) so again, wich are those imbalances from realistic mode?
  2. and can you explain what are those inbalanced and messy things what this project will create? Except those timed races i cant see anything worse than it is now especially in balance terms. After that who will force you to use this patch if somehow will come out? Yes, everyone can do things by his own in this game...but theres some profesional members what do this already and from a long time...so i really prefer to use their high quality things instead of experiencing myself.
  3. not thats what i mean...not replacing only some cars if you want / need old version with VPE, etc... You dont need to mod game every single time, you just need to load the version what you need. That means only closing game and copy-paste that version from backup folders... just simply make a copy of old files and save them in a folder outside of game (that backup), and if or when you need it for races just copy them again in game to replace realistic ones. Thats all..just a copy-paste action, a replacement. For all cars, for entire pack...just because its easyer than finding a speciffic car and dont affect anything else. Copy-paste old version back in game when you need it and same with realistic version. And who said that you must do it over and over again...Just do it when you need it for races, untill you finish them, etc or simply never if you dont like realistic ones.
  4. i just replyed in autopack topic.. theres a very easy solution to not waste what you already did. any player can keep a backup for old performances and use everytime when he needs or wants, or just simply never use this realistic version. Problem solved and you dont need to cancel this project and waste all your efforts. You did already a lot for this...will be a real waste...
  5. well that may be a problem since SP races and events are created after old performances..BUT, i dont see such a big problem when we can use everytime both versions. All what a player need is a backup of old files and voila, copy-paste that version what you need. For competitions just copy old ones, do races and for anything else can use realistic version. (if you want, of course) I would really prefer this if i really cant win races with realistic versions. just keep a backup folder with old versions and use it for races. Simply...:cool: Nothing force players to do those races with nerfed cars...all what they need is that backup. the only problematic races are those with time limits...others cant be because bots get updated cars too. so again, its a very easy solution...and after that, i dont realy think theres someone who didnt completed game already.. Play on...dont waste your efforts..its such a good work and quality.. You did already a big part of this project...if you just cancel it its wasted 100%...if you finish it and release those players who like it can use it and your efforts are not for nothing, so win- win situation. Who dont like or just need old versions can just not use this or like i said...need only a backup. :)

  7. like i said in autopack topic...with realistic changes all cars are MUCH MORE BALANCED. No "rockets" anymore, no overperforming cars or OP, no outclassed old ones and no such big differences bwtween simmilar performance cars anymore. Only disadvantage is that top speed are harder to hit...but we agreed all thats a problem with TDU roads not with cars. So i think this worth it a lot..my vote : Yes. And thx :cool:
  8. thats what i said too...TDU just dont have good maps / roads for those cars limits... too short roads with straight line or even if that line is long enough its full of jumps, bumps and things like that wich cut off your speed...thats the biggest enemy for top speeds : bad design for roads. But in any case...i think thats not a reason to overtune cars and make them rockets... that sounds good for me. Dont see any problem here if ALL cars have this issue, not only ones.. Thats ok too since we can tune them with 4 levels and in reality...not so much. well..i think thats the main problem and the point where that discussion started :) in current version Veyron SS CANT reach its top speed...so why is this a problem in realistic version? No difference for me. BUT, in current version we have cars what reach their top speeds in few seconds and mentain it without problems even on those "hostile" roads and in realistic version CANT just like this Veyron SS. So are much more balanced than now. I dont like that Veyron SS cant reach its top speed too, but especially because others can so easily . Its just outclassed in current version and in realistic mode its just balanced with others. Of course it cant hit top speed in realistic mode but it even now cant hit it and in realistic mode its not just left in dust by cars what perform WAY better like now... I think thats the whole point and exist advantages and disadvantages...they cant reach top speeds like before but just because roads, but in exchange all are much more balanced. I think thats a BIG advantage and worth it all since now i have no reason to race with a Veyron SS when i have LaFerrari for example wich accelerates faster, reach top speed very easy and even handling on corners i think is better... Simply not balanced.:D In realistic mode performances looks much closer and thats ok. Thats what i think, now lets see what others think :p
  9. well..after watching YT videos, even if it looks like a nerf for all cars, i think that looks better or atleast much more balanced and realistic. theres no more cars wich can reach their 420+ km/h top speed in 1/3 of that road and mentain this speed for the rest of 2/3 without any problems even if theres NOT a completely straight line...while others cant even reach their top speed on entire road... Atleast now all cant do this so easily. So my vote is Yes. after all this i think that the real problem and one of the biggest for high performance cars are roads, game map. TDU simply dont have a long enough straight line for those cars to reach their limits...or a circuit for this. all rebalanced cars from videos looks able to hit their top speeds now and in a more realistic and balanced way...but theres just not enough space for this. anyway, i think thats just better than having rockets wich accelerate from 0 to 400+ in few seconds and mentain speed even without straight line..:tup: i was a bit reserved about this when you said in other topic that some cars like FXXK, Keggs, 918 and P1 wont be so much affected by this change...because those are the cars what are considered OP and perform a bit too well...but after YT videos even FXXK cant reach its top speed on entireroad, P1 and 918 cant even hit 400km/h anymore (while in non-realistic version those are the most OP like i said above) and even Keggs are just a bit better than Veyrons now. i really think thats just better.
  10. good, agree, your work is very appreciated and like more realism..but still few things to mention. 1. you tested it stock or with upgrades? 2. your reached those top speeds with stock SS or upgraded? Because i got 443 or 444 with level 4 SS and still wasnt on his limit (i think top speed is 468 or something...exist some video on YT and dont know how or in what patch was recorded...but i saw it and since 443 wasnt to limit even on my tests i think that 468 top speed is or should be true..for old version, of course but it cant just hit it now) *ok, found that video..its 470 kmph its an old video but i think thats how it should look with level 4 upgrades... so..i think that should go like in your video WITHOUT upgrades.
  11. well i think ferraris looks a bit better now...but that veyron looks much worse. even in current version SS cant even reach its top speed while others reach it on half distance of same race and mentain it for rest half with this change now SS can hardly reach standard Veyron speed :rofl: but others still can hit theirs easy enough...thats what i mean.. dont know if i explained good enough what i mean...maybe i was misunderstood. or maybe others are all good enough and just few cars are UP, and first examples being Veyrons..
  12. well...completely agree that in reality hybrids are limited on top speed and hell no! dont even try to limit them to 355 or less :laugh: (bwt, i love high performance cars) but about their acceleration im still not convinced...or you mean theyre limited on acceleration too in reality? or why happen this: and this: or this? (min 3:30 best) while in game theyre 30-40% better on acceleration than top variants of Bugs and Keggs.. or ok, on 0-200kph lets say that can be...but when they accelerate from 350 to top speed almost constantly...there i think its just a bit too tuned :p and after all that Veneno is not a hybrid :cool:, Zonda R is not and FXX (old one from pachs) is not but all can go 420-440kph and with insane constant acceleration. Top speed is ok...but ability to hit it so fast and mentain it so easily... dont get me wrong, i like them ! but just looks a bit op
  13. yes and no... if i go into the car on dealership i cant see any indicaors on, no lights no nothing...but ifi take it to a drive (test drive) everything works... somethingelse now... dont you think that LaFerrari, MC P1, Veneno and 918 are a bit OP ..? i mean..since when all those cars reach 430+ km/h ??...and with that constant acceleration..? better than Buggs and even KEggs...? Really...make them realistic please..:cool:
  14. well...yes, black Astons are replaced already, my mistake...but there are still a lot of them very simmilar :D anyway didnt knew that replacements must be on same class...but if thats true, still theres a lot of other options instead replacing one of the most rare cars from game... there are only 2 Ascari and are different but a lot of Veyrons with just different color and some others with just Spider / Roadster variant...like Zonda F. If Zonda F Roadster can get a working roof, standard Zonda F can go without any problems. Tricolore and Cinque are again same car but with different color... Kegg CCX wasnt really necessary when CCXR was already in game. And after all that, i think all other Delers except Ferrari still have enough places for new cars. So options exist..:p *well..dont know about you but my 360 Stradale looks like this: and its exactly same like old F430...thats why i think only name was changed..

Now they changed it to 360 Stradale...thats all. And i dont see anything different except name...just by look theyre 99% same atleast, performs same in this game and we have a lot of options wich really can add more diversity to game. + no, just not replace Ascari or some unique car wich dont even have something simmilar near it...especially when we still have copy-paste veyrons and others...Lancia delta X2, Jaguar XKR X2...just examples...or very simmilar ones like Coupe and Spider versions of same car... or atleast replace it with a nasty car so we can just delete and ignore that replacement file :rofl: DEFINITELY not Ascari with Vulcan when i think we still have some black edition Astons to replace...
  16. of course thats not the main priority and should not be done in one step, changing all in one patch or something. What i mean, thats probably the best solution everytime when you run out of spaces...like now, you said that Ferrari dealers are on limit...so why not extend only this in next patches and dont change others untill they need. Small steps and one by one. In that way its not that easy to miss some car because are only few, its a solution for long term (not only for next patch were is posible to realise that you have more cars to add and need to rework shop anyway for the other next patch) and if something wont work you need backup only for one dealer, not for all :) Anyway if you find another way to extend slots, hats off. While autopacks can come out and cars can be added, doesnt matter so much how.
  17. like i sugested long time ago...why dont you just simply make every dealer unique? I mean every car should or can be available at ONLY one dealer from BOTH islands. For example A3, A2 and A1 class on hawaii and others on Ibiza. You have 2 dealers for A class on both islands...that means 4 dealers what can contain their own cars and nothing more, nothing same like another. You just did it with some italian dealer where you placed Lambos...before were Pagani on both, now one sell Lambos and one Pagani...so its possible. Why not? A lot of spaces for free... After that still have that used cars dealer..wich can deliver anything what dont have place on normal dealers in theory... But i recommend this only after all spaces are out.. We had F430 A3 class before (came in some patch before) and now its replaced with that 360 Stradale. Its same car, looks exactly same, only name was changed...so we still have an F430 in addition :p

Very wellcome and apreciated but...i think i found few bugs already :laugh: 1. you added same cars on 2 dealers on same island (Ibiza)...dont think thats how should look..especially after you said that spaces are limited.. and 2. i dont think that FXXK should look like this... 3. thats an old one...but i dont remember if i already told you about this or not... Miami italian classic dealer on preview shows me this list : but inside i got this (+ F1 car...didnt made another print just for this one)...: thats on Hawaii...on ibiza looks fine, same cars on both lists (ones wich are inside here) cheers and gj ! :p

  20. well..i think thats even more a reason to add it. its something unique...something completely new in game...and with that look and performance...CANT be boring i guarantee ;) so..it looks different, it performs different and its a top/rare/exotic/exclusive car unlike others wich are just slightly different than others...really...what can you wish more..? :laugh:
  21. oh cmon...i saw some post about Chiron wich go easily over 400km./h too...so whats the problem with Regera? Especially when Agera is here...Are rivals with Chiron...just cant come one without the other... Not in this patch absolutely...but just dont forget about it. In fact...the hardest work is the most rewarding too...;) and didnt knew that FF is a replacement for China Edition :) in this case is more than wellcome *anyway...just because its 4X4 doesnt make it so different...it still looks very simmilar with F12
  22. nice ! but first...i still wait for some more different cars...something like Carrera GT, Centenario, Chiron, Regera or...Venom GT..:) FF is very simmilar with F12
