doesnt seem to work for me, could you specify what you meant or? Because even when i download a fresh one from Knyazev's website it still pops the XML error.

This has been happening everytime i launch the Universal Launcher for nearly a year now and i got no luck trying to find a fix on the XML 10 18 error.
