If thats a cutscene photo (and i think it is), it's not allowed.

I think iRacing have stopped the use of PayPal due to abuse of it, with random people signing up with other peoples names (NASCAR Drivers ect) and just wrecking the races. Not sure if they have re added it though. Even though not everyone agrees with their pricing system, it's is a good system. A common misconception of it is that when you purchase tracks and cars, they don't stick with you when you renew. They do, so you won't have to buy things twice. I personally feel it's worth it considering what they do to get the tracks and cars exactly like the real things.
