Nice! ive wanted someone to do this.. (Even know im a modder) i must say though i don't like that spoiler but its your mod anyway.

Btw no ive used a no DVD patch before but it wasn't physically patched into TDU.. And has no side effects. And ive been able to reinstall TDu always even if i was using a no cd.. So its really doesn't matter. I never used them much cause i had the real disk =-----------------------------------= Fixed it.. I took my disk to a video shop and they have a CD buffer which takes off layers off the disk makes it new again, so its scratch free! :) And it now works without that error Except can't install still.. :( It now comes up with "Error 1305: Error reading from c:\Programfiles\Atari\Test Drive Unlimited\binkw32

No.. Im trying to reinstall which means i uninstalled everything. --- So just to check.. I uninstalled which means everything is gone even if it was illegal or anything.. I have the real disk and everything.. Im just reinstalling which i put in the disk and then it auto loads and says "Insert install disk 1"

Whats that got to do with it though? i thought that was just for ingame crashing? :) Well i don't have it anyways though..

Hello, i needed to reinstall TDU and when i insert the disk, it comes up 'Insert install disk 1" does anyone know how to correct this? :confused:

@Him: I would recommend if you don't wanna stuff around with .DDS settings download 'Dxtbmp' this program automatically looks at the original .DDS settings and sets it when you update the texture etc. :)

Although i do hope he likes it. :) =--------------------------------------------= Bad news: I cannot continue the carrera GT just yet, my TDU needed a nice fresh install but now i can't even install it i get errors during installing. :( Good news: I've now teamed up with 2 people (wont say who yet) to make better detail cars and textures etc, they are also learning from me to import cars etc all that. So its just not me who will be doing 3D modeling. :) We are a team so from now on all my cars will be theirs also. =--------------------------------------------= @Ferrari7000: I can change the name, thats not a problem. :) Just gotta wait till i get my TDU reinstalled.

I agree.. People its just a website update nothing to do with the R8 so don't worry about it. -- Bad news: Like i said "Ive half done the R8" well unfortunately i got struck by a corrupt file, i didn't have a back up. Good news: Im teaming up with 'Thescotthishspotter' again (we may even be a small team hopefully) and we will be working on the R8 all over again, this time though it will contain details just like the Porsche Carrera GT we have done. If you look at the detail on that then the R8 will just be the same including rims if the Porsche rims work *Check thread*. Myself and 'thescottishspotter' have a good eye for details so i can promise you it will be great. :)

Reverse light works for me.. :confused: ==---------------------------------------------------== Interior is dark i am working on it, my most concern was to get it working in TDU so at the time i didn't care about how dark it is. Imo i would prefer a dark interior then the Farbound's long interior. The interior will be fixed later on though ive just gotta sort it out. ==---------------------------------------------------== As i said "I am working on the interior still" so it is abit dark, but also to fix that position in interior best thing is to adjust the seat position to sitting far back and the height up then it will be good. :)

(That guy) is 'dc300m02' and he did his carrera GT first.. I just teamed up with thescottishspotter and did our own. :) So there is totally no compatition its just personal skills etc. With your little comment i wouldn't recommend you say that again... Cause there is young people on TDU Central. :)

Could someone help me out? i think someone may know this error.. When retexturing the rims and importing them back into TDU why do they flash white and black? I need a sensible answer, if you don't know don't answer please.
