Depends what games you want to play. If you want to be able to play some newer games then go for a good Nvidia 8600 or 9600. Radeon 4850's ive heard are pretty good too.

Probably something along the lines of an I5 2500k and probably 8gb ram.. not sure on the Mobo or Video card yet.
