Maybe you could try to find a sound for the Carrera GT - it sounds like a hoover.
You mean that my sound of CGT sounds like a hoover? http://forum.turboduck.net/showthread.php?t=15210
If so, you probably neither heard a CGT nor a hoover. Proof:
- from 0:38No offence, but check everything, before you say something ;)
-
It's just a 2-litre straight four, so what were you expecting? V12 roar? No.
-
Bad boys bad boys, what ya gonna do, what ya gonna do when the nfs shift conversions run out on youuuuuuuu
What do you mean by that? Cause I don't get it. I know it has something to do with Bob Marley's song, but I just don't understand what you mean by that

At the moment I should complete my mod list with the ones that cars from Shift are done by Tool. Your request should suggest me which I should do first. Request of sounds that we don't have Shift models yet should be done when I'll catch up with Tool and TehReaper (If I'll ever catch up with them).
But, for tomorrow, I have a little hint about a new car released, so I already have job to do. However, I did two sounds today, so you can still help me to choose next sound.

Few changes in first post. Deleted WIP, as it was useless, added new section. And you're welcome to request sounds from Shift. But I suggest you should request sounds, which car mods are done by Tool or TehReaper. Cause what do you need good sound for, if car is rubbish? :cheeky:
-
you very nearly made a good LP560 sound there :)
Maybe because it's same engine? :p 5,2 liter V10, just like in Gallardo.

New sound for a new car from Tool. Small hot hatch. Shame, really, that Brera is one of the worst handling cars in TDU. So understeery. YouTube has some problems, so DailyMotion video for now.

I don't like this car in TDU. On track it's fine, but not on normal roads. Anyway, here is the sound. Just a little different than the CGT.

Looks great, but I don't really think that this type of car suits to TDU's world. Anyway, great job, as always!

This is the first time I'm doing sound mod for such a normal car. Others were supercars, this is just a beefed up version of an ordinary coupe. So don't expect howling and growling big loud engine. It's a straight four with a supercharger. To make everyone happy, I made two versions: with and without whine. Both are on video preview. Enjoy!

It comes out as I'm thinking about same thing as Tool :cheeky: He's fixing Reventon, and earlier I thought about doing sound mod for this great car. And I think this came out very nicely. V12 pooooooower!:excited:

Also, there isn't newer 370Z on the list : http://forum.turboduck.net/showthread.php?t=14844

I'm a bit late with this sound, but it was ready on friday, but unfortunately I was sick and couldn't get to PC. But here it is. Very similiar to Shift one, but in my opinion, it's still not as good as the real one. But still, better this, than nothing. Check it out!

Where are "Custom rims", Tool?:cheeky: And will I have interior colours with manual install? (I don't want these physics)
-
But i have 1 question: How would this work on the normal Zonda since that only revs to 6000 RPM. Wouldn't you miss all the great sounds after 6000 RPM if you use it on the Zonda F?
You should make a separate version for that car, if possible.
It is possible, but:
1. I don't know on which car will new Zonda F by Tool be replacing
2. I tested it and transitions are good, but sound doesn't go so high, but you can always try increasing redline (real Zonda F redlines@7500)
-
Update in first post. New video (as the old one was deleted) and version 1.1
*louder idle sound
*fixed loop on 2k-4krpm revs
Links are now only to 1.1 version.
-
All I can say: it depends on car and on sound from Shift :P All I do is convert them to sound as similiar as it is possible. In my opinion my Carrera GT sound is also very good and powerful.
-
So, as Tool, Queen and few others wished, here is the Zonda sound. Very loud and very high pitched. Just as in Shift.

I have some free time today, so I'm starting job just now :cheeky: Will probably be ready today (I'm talking about GMT +1 time).:D
-
Next I will be doing Zonda sound. I don't know yet what I'll be doing. But for sound mods for E36 and E 46 I will probably wait for Tool car mods. Maybe I'll do 135i after Zonda. I just don't know it atm.

Oh, and can you build this little help in? Like on screens from last topic? So when we point mouse at the name of something to change, short description will show?
-
Can you tell me in easy way what does gearbox and engine inertia change? I don't know English so well, to understand it from google, because it is physics in English, and it's too much for me.

Both have same sound in Shift, so no point making both of them.

So, sound earlier than a mod? Yes, cause thanks to T3hReaper, we've had a pre-release version, so we could record preview movie and release the sound to you. You also have a good preview of the car with this movie. Enjoy!

PS. This sound revs only to 7k rpm. So you can put it on RUF rTurbo and RT12. When Tool will release GT3 RS, I'll release a little bit different sound based on RGT, so it will rev up to 8k rpm! It's done now, I'm just waiting for Tool. It's because I think GT3 RS fits well on RGT, because it hasn't got a Turbocharger. It'll be for GT3 RS and RSR.
