  1. Wow this was compiled almost 3 years ago. Crazy!
  2. What am I missing about the DB9 image? Compared to this. Is it the bonnet and front grill?
  3. If you liked the first one you'll like this one. Simple as that. :) I mean I know there was many people who played TDU who just wanted TDU but with night and weather. Sometimes among all the random crap you were talking about actual conversations would arise... only to die in about 90secs.
  4. I really want the RS5 so I've went with: ASDA - Xbox 360 So I'll see you guys on the 21st or something. :)
  5. Read this latest preview from PSM3 magazine on CVG: Preview: Test Drive Unlimited 2: A whole new racing experience? Gameplay Preview - ComputerAndVideoGames.com Very honest and the author knows TDU's history well.
  6. GAME is 49.99 but others are still around 39.99 for the Xbox 360 version.
  7. It's German and it's the Commentary vid that was posted originally with this thread. :fp:
  8. Some places are starting to put their prices up guys, remember if you pre-order the price can only go down not up but if you wait (those of you intending to buy) you may see the price climb a good bit up until release day. As demand goes up, the retailers do the same with their prices.
  9. In the release version there won't be wipers or indicator icons inside the car, after release though who knows.
  10. The Hardcore driving setting isn't necessary akin to the TDU Hardcore mode though, it's more just like 'Off'. They know there is a fairly big Hardcore following so I wouldn't worry about it, as for having the game being the same for everyone as you say Fizz, well that negates the whole 'race.drive.socialise. Play it your way' philosophy of TDU/2. :D
  11. Thanks for the link, added it along with another posted today. Will keep on the lookout for more.
  12. That's a nice bonus, bet there's some great tunes on that disc.
  13. A television anime adaptation of MinatoSoft's Maji de Watashi ni Koi Shinasai! adult "warrior maiden romance adventure game" has been green-lit. Keitaro Motonaga (Katanagatari, School Days) is directing the anime at the studio Raruke. Katsuhiko Takayama (Soredemo Machi wa Mawatteiru) writing and supervising the scripts, while Mayumi Watanabe (Freezing, Yoshinaga-san'chi no Gargoyle) is designing the characters and overseeing the animation process. The slapstick comedy story of the original game is set in a modern-day school and features a boy named Yamato Nanoe who is surrounded by all-warrior female cast. The game shipped in Japan on August 28, 2009. Source:ANN
  14. A television anime adaptation of Takara Tomy's Pretty Rhythm Mini-Skirt arcade game for girls will air in Japan this April. In the game, a girl named Rizumu Amamiya aspires to compete in Prism Show, a new sport that combines skating and dancing. Players can collect heart-shaped Prism Stones by winning in the game. Mari Asabuki has already adapted the dancing/fashion game into a manga that launched in Shueisha's Ribon magazine last year. "Mini-Skirt," a unit within the larger all-female AKB48 idol group, promotes the game with in-game characters and special Prism Stone campaigns. The Japanese entertainment conglomerate Takara Tomy is collaborating with Korea's largest toy maker, Sonokong of Seoul, to produce up to five animated programs is as many years, starting with Pretty Rhythm. Takara collaborated with Sonokong on its Transformers toy line before and after it merged with Tomy to form Takara Tomy. About 40 different toys will tie into the Pretty Rhythm television anime in Japan and Korea. In the fiscal year ending in March of 2012, Takara Tomy projects 5.5 billion yen (about US$66 million) in sales. While Takara Tomy and Sonokong will foot most of the 7 to 8 billion yen (US$85-96 million) in production costs, Shueisha and seven other companies are bearing some of the costs as well. At 200 billion yen (US$2.4 billion), Korea's toy market is second in Asia only to Japan's 650-billion-yen (US$7.9 billion) toy market. Source:ANN
  15. On Tuesday, Nakano City's central police station filed charges against a 42-year-old male company worker for allegedly recording the audio from Mobile Suit Gundam 00 the Movie: A wakening of the Trailblazer and SP The Motion Picture: Yabō-Hen with his mobile phone. The Nakano District Public Prosecutor's Office is processing the charges under both the recently passed law against hidden recording devices in movie theaters and Japan's Copyright Act. It is only the second case to be prosecuted under Japan's law against recording devices in movie theaters, and the first one where only the audio was allegedly recorded. Under the law enacted in 2007, both video and audio recordings are prohibited for eight months after a film's opening day (for paying audience members). The suspect allegedly recorded the soundtracks of the two films in a Nakano theater on November 4; the Gundam 00 film had opened on September 18, and the first SP film had opened on October 30. According to the police, the other audience members noticed the suspect and reported the incident to the theater staff. The suspect allegedly said that he had recorded the audio for his own personal listening enjoyment. Since the anti-recording law went into effect, Japanese movie theaters have regularly shown public service announcements to remind viewers of the law. Source:ANN
  16. From car people that's completely expected. You're right though that is what a lot of people think, why waste time on that when it's the cars people are into. But then there are people who like this aspect also, we'll just have to wait and see what people ask for once the game is released. If the community want more car stuff and hardly anything is asked for of the avatars then that's what will happen. In a way TDU2 and future TDU's can be shaped and you can show Atari and Eden what you all want in these games.
  17. The official website of Itsuka Tenma no Kuro-Usagi (Itsu-Ten), the light novel series by Takaya Kagami (The Legend of the Legendary Heroes/DenYūDen), announced on Tuesday that there will be a limited edition novel volume that will bundle an anime DVD. To commemorate the plans for a television anime adaptation of the light novels, the limited-edition DVD will contain one original anime episode that will not be aired on television. As a "super reader participation project," Itsu-Ten fans can post story and character suggestions for this episode on Twitter with the hashtag #itsutenanitsuku. Kagami will incorporate these suggestions into the story concepts for the episode. The "reverse school fantasy" light novel series follow an ordinary high school boy named Taito Kurogane who is given a "poison" by a female vampire named Saitohimea, thus changing his life. The light novel series launched in 2008, and the seventh volume is shipping this month. Source:ANN
  18. [img width=113 height=160]http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk241/Eudemon_Randy/wetsuit02.jpg The Japanese design firm Lightair announced that three types of wetsuits inspired by the plugsuits in the anime film Evangelion: 2.0 You Can (Not) Advance will go on sale in Japan. The zipper-less wetsuits will match the outfits worn by the EVA-01, EVA-00, and EVA-02 pilots (Shinji, Rei, and Asuka, respectively) and will sell for 163,800 yen (about US$1,985, tax included). Last October, singer, voice actress, and manga creator Shoko Nakagawa ("Shoko-tan") modeled a wetsuit based on the Evangelion character Mari's plugsuit on Japanese television. Also last year, drivers of Run'a Entertainment's "Evangelion RT-01 apr Corolla" team wore uniforms patterned after Shinji's plug suit to match their Evangelion-themed car in the Super GT300-class grand touring championship series. 19. If I had a mass of money and my friends bought me a Ferrari for a present then you can be damn sure I'd be partying almost daily! Most of the best parties go through the night, through the day and then back through the night!
  20. Exactly, when you do something new, the follow up isn't usually the big change from the original, it's #3 that does that. Then again it works other ways in which the even numbers are the ones to go for. I dunno, I left my kitchen light on. *brb*
