You know funny thing, Turn 10 have reduced the opponents to 8 from the original 12 so that they can do 60fps and meet the deadline, another 6 months and we would have the 12 but deadlines are deadlines.

Stage 3 does help you but stock in those cars should be good, one tip though, if you are on 3 badges and you are slowing down all the time to avoid roadblocks stop and get cautioned, as soon as you're stopped press A to skip the cutscene and go as there will be no fine, the police are just there to waste your time. You are indeed probably correct there Battle but I know for sure myself personally will feel like chilling by just cruising on TDU and IF Atari keep releasing DLC that the people want then I don't see interest waning too much, amount of time spent will go down yes, but I still see many people wanting to hookup and just drive somewhere rather than keep running the same track over and over. I'm probably wrong but I feel TDU is what I call a niggling game. There's always that little part of you that wants to throw it on and just drive, race or drift for an hour or 2. We'll see what happens and also when Forza 2, GTR etc is released there's nothing to say we can't talk about them anyway ! lol

Sorry nipper, the gaming guy has already chosen that date.

That red Polo is still on the Ring now and it looks like it's a nice day so plenty of spotting opportunities by the look of it.

We will consider this option, I need to check a few things first mainly bandwidth consumption used through the board when accessing these things. If it auto starts each video then that's not a good thing.

Yeah no problem but lately the people over at xboxbox.com are trying to hard to get people to them and sign up. It's fair enough being excited at a new thing but unless you do something different to the rest why are people going to bother ? Don't get me wrong I wish them all the best but they have to be patient, TDU Central is still new even though it's 6 weeks old ...ok it is new but you know what I mean, word will spread but spamming, being sly and using other means to get people over conveys the wrong message across. A community likes to know it is being looked after and listened to as without the members you have no community. I have learned this through the years of running some major boards as a staff member and as just a tech agent who works in the background. Just tell them to be patient and check their server logs and see where people are coming from. Don't try and trick Google it will know what you're doing and don't jump in at the deep end and scare away members by announcing pricing plans and ads that will disappear when you sign up as that's just dumb. "You need to slow down to take off". That's my motto with communities especially.

Hardcore mode is harder to drive at high speeds so it's not exactly great for racing with, but cruising and drifting, hell yeah !

Yeah this is due to a manufacturer or manufacturers wanting the player to be punished if they went to crazy with a car, so blame the car maker(s) for that stupid little annoying anomaly. Certain marques don't like their cars being associated with pursuits or law breaking which is why I love Lamborghini, they don't care !

Drifting realistically in this game is now available due to Hardcore mode, before it was doable but it just looked fake and forced now though drifting is more progressive and just great fun ! So if you have some good drifting pics feel free to post them here. Keep them below 800x600, if they are larger then use a thumbnail and link to the fullsize image. I'll tell you something mate the CLK-GTR plus Hardcore and no driving aids is a phenomenal drift machine. I find it better than the Rturbo or the F40 but then I might just be used to it. The F430 is a disappointment though, too much TCS on the wheels doesn't allow enough slippage. :(
