It's been 10 days since we switched hosts for the better and after having the major search engine spiders indexing us we are becoming easier to find and the signups are always increasing as is the hits and bandwidth. lol In fact just checking the stats for the forum alone it has taken just 10 days to use 1Gb bandwidth and it's testament that there is a community following for this game and we at TDU Central wish to be at the front of that and make it a lot of fun even if the constant delays of the game seem to do the opposite. So this is just to say a thanks to those of you who have joined and even to the lurkers who are always in the background taking a peek. We are in currently working like Trojans on the site and the coding behind it as well as trying to improve the look of the board and add new functionality and interactivity. This is a common misconception, Rice is when a car is only styled to look faster than it is with no modification to the performance. This Golf is not rice, it has a performance kit, exhaust and obviously engine tuning producing 600bhp! Also HPA Motorsports has a 600bhp+ R32 also. And the UK is good at rice which is a shame.

Apparantly you don't get the achievement for that though and there's talk of the next update resetting all profile-glitch elites to Private 2nd Class. Man I hope they do it !!

Well that was certainly different to how I remember it, the update has made it impossible to do a roadblock as people just literally now drive through it plus the collision detection is strange in that when you try to pit, sideswipe or even just ram the runner, 90% of the time you go through them unless you're driving like a granny. Which is a shame cause TDU Pursuit/Cops & Robbers used to be great fun especially when everyone set having fun as the main priority. Ah well the old was certainly fun while it lasted.

Before the update you could do a glitch in the Countdown map that would give you 600 points for about 40secs of work. The annoying thing was when you searched for a game all you would see is Countdown glitchers wanting to dress their doll up. Now all we have to do deal with is rubber banders, those players who put a rubber band round their controllers sticks and the host puts the game on auto-launch and because the bands move the player, they don't get the idle player penalty. Yes I know it's SAD.:stinks::pcpunch:

Had a few PM's about this, would you like to have a Club Chat sub-forum in the 360 and PC areas? A place where you can create a thread for your club to discuss races, an upcoming cruise or even request a race. Bare in mind though if this goes ahead; If there is any arguing or insulting of clubs and or it's members then that club who is instigating the trouble and it's members will be suspended or even banned from that section.
