  1. Figured out the Facebook link issue. The RSS feed only has relative URL's (/showthread.php?t=23178 for example) compared to full. Any future postings should work as expected from now on. :)
  2. I'm listening to what you guys are saying and testing things out and such, some changes will be coming.
  3. The NDA is still active you are right and I have also noticed the flurry of activity in the Hardcore Team at tdu2.fr. Which is ideal as Fabien and the others can communicate in native French and also even some may be able to goto Eden's studios themselves and give direct feedback. You not in the Hardcore Team Dread?
  4. The idol group Momoiro Clover announced on Sunday that its sub-leader Akari Hayami was leaving the group by April. The six members made the announcement during an event in Kashiwa City in Chiba Prefecture to mark the March 9 release of their "Mirai Bowl" single. Hayami explained that there may be another path of life that suits her better than being an idol. Hayami had only told the group's leader, Kanako Momota, about her plans to leave three days earlier. "Mirai Bowl" is the ending theme song for the ongoing Dragon Crisis! television anime series. The group also sang the "Pinky Jones" ending theme for the Yosuga no Sora anime. Hayami will play a pivotal character in the live-action film adaptation of Kimio Yanagisawa's Shimin Police 69 (The Citizen Police 69) manga, which will open in Japan this spring. Source:ANN

  8. Pocket Monsters: Diamond & Pearl, the televsion anime series based on the previous generation of Pokémon games in Japan, will return in a two-part special which will air on February 3. The "Hikari - Aratanaru Tabidachi!" and "Nibi Gym - Shijō Saidai no Kiki!" episodes will depict the stories of Hikari (Dawn in the English adaptation) and Takeshi (Brock) after their journey with Satoshi (Ash) ended. Even though Pokémon: DP Sinnoh League Victors — the last main story arc of Diamond & Pearl in English — is still running in the United States, the Diamond & Pearl anime already ended in Japan last September. Pocket Monsters: Best Wishes! took its place that same month to coincide with the Fall debut of the Pocket Monsters: Black and Pocket Monsters: White games in Japan. Source:ANN
  9. An anime adaptation of Kôji Kumeta's Katteni Kaizō gag manga has been green-lit. Akiyuki Shinbo will direct the anime at the studio SHAFT as he did for the anime of Kumeta's Sayonara Zetsubō Sensei manga. In the story, Kaizō Katsu is a former student of the "Genius Cram School" ("Tensai Juku") but his childhood friend Umi Natori accidentally turned him into an idiot (and possibly insane) by injuring his head. Kaizō's crazy ideas caused an explosion that forced the Genius Cram School to shut down. Even years later when Kaizō is in high school, his former classmates have come looking for payback. So, Kaizō, Umi, and the other members of their high school science club are shown in the most surreal situations. The manga ran in Shogakukan's Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine from 1998 to 2004. The 26 original volumes are being recompiled into 14 volumes for a new reprint edition to mark Kumeta's 20th anniversary as a manga creator. In a related development, the Sayonara, Zetsubou-Sensei anime franchise is getting three Blu-ray boxes between March and July. 10. Movie news site Deadline reports that Warner Bros. has hired writer/director Shane Black (Kiss Kiss Bang Bang; writer, Lethal Weapon film series) to direct a live-action Hollywood film based on Tsugumi Ohba and Takeshi Obata's manga Death Note. The report also states that Anthony Bagarozzi (of Black's upcoming film Doc Savage) and Charles Mondry will write the film's script. Warner Bros. acquired the rights to the series from previous rights-owner Vertigo Entertainment in 2009, at which time screenwriter brothers Vlas and Charles Parlapanides were attached to the project. Actor Zac Efron has been rumored to star in the film; in a 2009 interview Efron acknowledged having a meeting but did not confirm whether he had the role or not, saying only that the project was not "on the front burner." Update: Variety has confirmed this information. Source:ANN
  11. [smg id=391 type=av] The car maker Subaru and the anime studio Gainax have posted a new 49-second promotional video trailer for their Hōkago no Pleiades (Afterschool Pleiades) original net anime on Wednesday. The Pleiades is the English name for the star cluster that the Japanese call "Subaru" — the origin of the car maker's name and six-star logo. The original story's staff includes director Shouji Saeki (Mahoromatic: Tadaima Okaeri, Strike Witches 2 episode storyboarder), concept artist and original character designer Daisuke Kikuchi (Gurren Lagann, Mahoromatic: Tadaima Okaeri), and character designer Mai Otsuka (Shakugan no Shana, Hanamaru Kindergarten). Also involved are art director Hiroshi Kato (Evangelion Shin Gekijōban: Jo/Ha, Gunbuster 2), director of photography Toyonori Yamada (Gurren Lagann, Hanamaru Kindergarten), and color key artist Chie Yoshimura (Chou Gekijouban Keroro Gunso, The Big O).
