The blinker thing was a joke said by David Nadal; essentially he was saying that the community wanted it, it's taken time and resources to get right so the community better use it.

It's hard to tackle that one though as the settings were set in stone with no tweaks (they will be in actuality), but I will give you impressions for sure, if I can.

BTW the indicators/blinkers/turn signals were done by 1 person over the course of a year so YOU BETTER USE THEM!! :p

I did indeed and I have to thank Lee "Pizza and Games" Kirton, David Nadal, Nour Polloni, Alain Jarniou (debug commands are cool!), Vince Farandaway (can't remember his name offhand but it's good) and Eva or at least the man behind her. :oook: They all made us feel very welcome and the presentation was filled with screens that just made you smile, info that made you smile wider and some added comedy to really get you laughing like crazy. It was almost surreal and yet perfectly as you'd expect from the mad squad at Eden and Atari. I won't deluge too much in this little quips but like I said in response to an email myself and Fabien (Kidzou at tdu2.fr) will be able to share our experiences a lot more which I'm sure you will like.

Thanks guys! I've got to send an email and hopefully the reply to that email will allow some new info to be talked about. I will tell you that myself and Fabien from tdu/2.fr did get to actually play the game and also see the game being developed which resulted in a lot of "cars" being seen, "cars" being the generic term for not a 100% confirmed yet so don't ask what "cars" we saw thanks. We saw a lot of great stuff and also Eden are watching and reading what you guys in the community are saying, that is obvious and was said right to us so believe me when I say that even if there is no replies or posts made by Eden, they for sure as hell are watching. I'll type up a long report when I know what I can say without losing my legs or TDUCk losing his beak, until then you will just have to be patient. :evil: PS Eden Games now has it's very own TDUCk (I kid you not! :D)

Hey hey how cool is that, Lee 'Pizza & Games' himself giving us a shout out. Honestly I can't wait though, me and the TDUCk have everything ready as far as we can see and cannot wait to meet the team and of course see TDU2 ...oh and Lee too. j/p Never thought in a million goats this would happen so it's something quite amazing and I assure you I'll do my utmost to take pics, take video and of course give you my impressions, don't forget though that I may be forced (possibly at spoon point) to be quiet on lots of things but hey any news or info I am allowed to shout I will do so! The other stuff will just stay for my own err.... personal use. :D

A lot of places are taking the 24th due to the EU Atari store having this date themselves. And for the PC lot I remember reading somewhere that a bonus pack or something was going to be done for the PC, again though this isn't for certain and I can't remember where I saw it.

Guys don't forget that the activity that place gets is HUGE, the amount of posts being made every 5 mins must be quite high and unless people are Reporting posts and threads it will be very easy for the staff to miss things. Also despite TDU and TDU2 being a game many more mature players like, young kids will always be around and as annoying as the majority of them will be they are in the end just kids. You gotta take the good with the bad.
