Since you're new here,I'm guessing you don't have magic bnk1.map. here you go: http://forum.turboduck.net/showthread.php?t=3739&highlight=magic Thx for the lengthy response!;) Anyway,I'm not an engineer or a mechanic, I basically go by my ear:) and they do sound similar to me(if you factor out the supercharger),also you can put it just on the mustang if that's that important to you.;)

released Tool831: 2008 BMW M3 E92 V1.1 *2 Versions released*
Skepsis replied to Tool831's topic in Vehicle Mods
I've found that the DB9 has better(more fun;)) handling than all of the astons, although zagato and vanquish are faster,so as I left the coupe for dbs trim(someone,do this properly please!),I changed the volante into M3 and it works great, specially with my M3 sound mod which is,one of my most realistic mods, and certainly the best you can find for the e92 M3!(anyone who disagrees with me will be promptly shot on site!:D) link for those that missed it: http://forum.tdu-central.com/showthread.php?t=8680 (2nd version) p.s. mercedes cars suck because of their speed limiter.;) -

Tool831: Acura/Honda Integra Type-R [1 kit] [V1.2]
Skepsis replied to Tool831's topic in Vehicle Mods
Nice one mate,it's one of the best fwd cars in the world, ever.:) p.s. Can't you get rid of that part of the tire going over the rims? looks ugly...even if it means making the rim a bit smaller,or it doesn't work that way? -
released Tool831: Bugatti Veyron 16.4 [V1.0 Spoiler up down]
Skepsis replied to Tool831's topic in Vehicle Mods
Hmm ok. That's why I suggested two versions,to not to discriminate all the drivers who are using ALL other views except the cockpit one! It would take a minute for you to do it and you would make a lot of people happy, doesn't that make sense to you? Is that a hint of your new "constructive" programming skillz which will give us camera mod perhaps???:D Say yes, please!:) -
Normal sound wasn't far off!;) p.s. If I ever come by something really better,I'll do it again, but until then, I think this is the closest you can find around...:)

Skepsis replied to Tool831's topic in Vehicle Mods
I don't understand how you guys didn't notice the off center issue?? And I'd like to know, what actually happens when you move the interior and exterior accordingly to one side to center the car? Why that wouldn't work? -
released T3hReaper: 2004 Toyota MRS [5 Versions Released][v1.0]
Skepsis replied to T3hReaper91's topic in Vehicle Mods
Slightly gay car,but very nice job man!:D DLing... -
Youtube takes out details out of the sound a bit and the sound itself isn't vastly different from the last one,but it's much closer in character to the real SRT10,try it out! btw.one layer in the sound does come from NFS,but on it's own lacks certain frequencies...I wish it was that easy,to just take the NFS samples, but you have to record them, work on them and then convert them, and in the end it doesn't sound that rich and clear with all the frequencies as in when you're hearing it from the original game...shame,cuz there are some great sounds in NFS...

:bump: NEW SOUND IN THE FIRST POST!

Skepsis replied to Tool831's topic in Vehicle Mods
Great job Tool, respect. but... Why is everybody jumping on Kurgan's case?? He's only stating the obvious problem and wishes for it to be fixed! I'm also seeing the same problem, and the problem is on all the rx7 variants too! it's not exactly unnoticeable! Anyway,I hope you can fix this tool,or make two versions,so everybody has correct views! p.s. I'm afraid this problem doesn't spread to your future work too!! For now,it's just your last two creations, try to figure out why please!Thx. -
Cool car man,thx!:)...and yeah, you could release the stock first and then fool around with the model(nismo etc) ,just a suggestion...;)

As I remember,Will drove the new one which isn't in the TDU,but I already made the sound for the old one(aka Eleanor (v1.1)) here: http://forum.turboduck.net/showthread.php?t=8541 Dude...you're on the net, what seems to be the problem?;) To cut to the chase, here you go: http://www.finalgear.com/shows/topgear/ You'll thank me later.:D
-
Sure mate, check the first post!;) I don't know which are you referring to,they're both very nice:cheeky: and I made them out of Wiesmann originals. ...and of course you can have them, check the first post!:) At your service.:D;)
-
No you don't,;)assuming he's using windows, there's the standard little program in the accessories>entertainment "sound recorder" which already has all the options you need.(just for conversion of course)

That guy? That guy?? It's his holliness, the great ruler of everything car related, Jeremy Clarkson of Top Gear fame himself ,my young padowan, shame on you!:stinks: Seriously,if you're into cars and you didn't watch any Top Gear episodes ,there's something wrong with you.;):D As for that video, that's from Clarkson's DVD "The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly". p.s. Thank you!:D

I always wanted Ford's V8 to sound like it does IRL ,all snorting and roaring:twisted:, like a wounded beast...and now it does!:excited: Since both cars have Ford's 'MODular' engines and just basicaly different displacement,I made them practicaly the same, except for different starters and of course Ford GT has a supercharger and revvs higher. So in the zip file, there are 2 sound files and as I recorded the movie clip with Saleen's extreme coupe(handles much better than fully tuned mustang),I've put that file in,but if you want it on mustang ,no problem ,just rename the Saleen's file to Mustang's. Enjoy! Sound@ http://files.filefront.com/FordGTMustang+Sound+MODzip/;13711072;/fileinfo.html mirror@ http://rapidshare.com/files/229434908/FordGT_Mustang_Sound_MOD.zip Rims@ http://files.filefront.com/Wiesmann+custom+rimszip/;13713028;/fileinfo.html Rims mirror@ http://rapidshare.com/files/229436811/Wiesmann_custom_rims.zip One lap on Ford Island's track in Ford GT and a little drag race in 'Stang:D Now you can too enjoy yourself like Jeremy Clarkson!:cheeky::lol: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mAnbMV9zWf0 :thumbsup::drool: p.s. If you hear some stuttering, that's to do with TDU(unfortunately),not my sound.
-
Welcome and I wish you all the luck...and a lot of patience!;) About your question, you can't convert .aup to nothing, because it's just a project file for audacity. You need to export(option) sounds sample by sample(high, low, mid etc) as WAV files and then use the "TDU modding tools" to replace original samples within the original .bnk files with new samples you made.

It doesn't really matter, there are same two sets for both cars.;) -
Lp640-a more realistic sound mod is required
Skepsis replied to Chainmaster's topic in TDU - Support
I don't have any consoles(sold my PS2 ages ago) and I never tried PGT ,but I must say this game is in the top 3 in the sound department!:) If I had it I'd record the samples from it... -
