aww, I'm sorry to hear that. :( This may or may not work but you can try CC Cleaner. It can do a registry clean and it may find corrupted registry entries and fix/delete them. http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner

That's such a generic message, I can't really help you. What you may try, if you haven't already, is go to My Computer > C: Drive > Program Files > Windows Live and delete that "Windows Live folder. Then re-install the program and see if that works. If you need any help, continue to message me.
