Hi there, first of all, I really appreciate your work on this project. I'm a big fan of the F40 and I was really disappointed that you couldn't tune it. It really is a shame actually since it was the first car, comming straight from production line that was able to reach 300 kph (afaik). The reason I'm using your patch is simple to have a good time with this beast. I love it, done about 14000 km with it within a few weeks and I'm still hooked. ;) Anyhow, long story short, my question is: Would it be possible to get a patch that lets you decide which features can be installed and which not? I'm not a big fan of mods, although there are some brilliant addon cars (et cetera) available though, but I'm getting strange hardware lags using the magic map anyway, plus the added traffic really is creating some funky moments. When I go around traffic and look behind, most people simple just knock this added traffic out with no harm done for themselves, which sort of kills the atmosphere a little. Once again, thanks for this nice "patch" ;) and I hope you will at least consider my request. Cheers PS: nice to see this board is back online. :thumbsup:

Well firstly, i ment the RUF RTurbo, not "the turbo" as such ;). I do believe, especially after such a long usage of this speaker system, that it is in fact set up properly. I dont have any problems whatsoever with it, exept that i cant fully hear the engine of the RUF cars while in cockpit view. Funny thing is, when i look back, sounds are normal and complete but while in normal view its like just half of it gets actually through (whereever it has actually has to get through, though) ;).

Thats strange. I got my pc set up with 5.1 and while playing with any of the RUF cars i get to hear just half or so of the engine sound (works like a charm with stereo but mehh, i dont want to change that back and forth all the time). Now i replaced the sound of the turbo with the one of the gallardo just to see what happens and it works perfectly fine. After reading your comment (quote) i thought ill simple exchange this xmb file and i should be able to use the normal turbo engine sound again. I was hoping that in that file, the position of the engine and therefore the way the sound is beeing produced, is stored but i was wrong - or im still missing something. Any ideas?

Got two orange dtm for sale. Just make sure your max. money price filter is set to something around 900k. Tell me if they are gone before you could buy em. Good luck. Oh and btw, the white dtm looks different, its just that the lights in the showroom are not very bright. =) well as it turned out, it is not possible for people without the megapack to use this "patch".

well first of all, thanks a lot for the mod. Its something i've been waiting for :thumbsup: Now i've read that its currently not working for games without megapack? Well my solution would be to ask someone you know, who's got the megapack of course, tell him the car/colour you want and let him sell it (for a reasonable price of course :nanananana: ) I already sold a few cars (like a white 288 GTO for instance) and also tried to load the game with the original DB.bnk again after changing the colour of one car. Still works like a charm. Hope that is of some help until there is a proper solution. Cheers and thanks again for the mod.
