I just use the "Save for Web" menu in Photoshop.

You may not like this, but it will actually do a bunch of good things. Backup your important files, and format/install XP from scratch. I usually do that every 6-12 months. It's a good thing to do :).

Which OS and what version of the game? There's just too many questions to ask you to debug what the problem is (I think I used that term wrong...). I noticed that your original post said Nvidia GF 6600 (according to my email :D).

What's the specs of your PC (or Mac)? Are you playing on an offline or a online profile. I've just been recently playing on an online profile and it has been crashing quite a bit...

Nevermind, I got online play working. It's cool how you can see all the people who are playing through the map. When you chat, does it send itself out to everyone or just people within your view?

Where does the game crash? Before or after the videos?

Anyway, I was able to get a legit key so I should be able to play online now :). Not sure if the megapack will work...

I've never actually seen how playing online in this game works, so can someone post some screenshots? How many people show up on the map?

My parents (oddly) don't like buying stuff online. I don't mind it, as the best deals are on the internet. My mom is a security freak. Maybe Target has it, but the nearest one of those is an hour away.
