    they also showed advanced game progress with only 1 hour gametime, -1% discovered roads, more owned than existing houses, etc. so the answer is: we dont know yet.

    i will wait with trying to spot a lot of details as in the testdriveunlimited2.com news they wrote that it will be available there on monday, so probably it will be gametrailers.com exclusive until then.

    you need to be connected to the master server over the internet to play with other people, there is currently no way to bypass it

    oops right. maybe it should be called "old years eve" or "eve before new year" :D how did the event go? will there be a video? the fact that jimmybob2k9 hasnt even had activity on this site this year may be a bad sign :oook:

    dredgy does this mean that you also have a big dedicated server in mind with a lot of bandwidth? i just made a test: compressed my Vehicules folder with WinRAR: it went from 900 MB to 300 MB. this means that the comfort of one-click installation will take 3x bandwidth which might be significant in long term.

    btw its called low fps, not lag. lag is because of bad network connection which is not the case here.

    and if the author "forgets" to tell that the installer also modifies physics then we are screwed :warnsaw:

    and manually replacing the files is better because with autoinstaller you dont have full control over what happens and the autoinstaller may modify the physics which is cheating.

    i started seeding z04 and z02 after downloading from Megaupload. i think the problem was the lack of trackers. however it is Opelos_HUN that should make the torrent because he has all files. a torrent with all files would be more successful than individual torrents for each file. and people could start seeding it when they have the files from Rapidshare/Megaupload/wherever. you dont before you have all parts.
