It happens to me when I join a new server or someone is added to mine. I agree with what Carlos says - I think its when you change sessions - you change to the traffic situation in that particular session.

I have a Canon SX120is. Sure its not as great as some of the others I see here but it does the job quite nicely. Obviously that isn't the actual camera, but I really cant be bothered to take pics myself ;)
