  1. Hey Dux- did u have to buy and download the 599xx to be able to buy this car?
  2. Hey i'm bumping this thread because I want to know whether you need to have paid for the 599xx to use this mod... Answers appreciated :)
  3. One more question! Can you change which car you want a mod to replace? and also, do I have to pay for DLC2 cars to use cars like the Ferrari F12 by Reventon? Thanks again
  4. Thanks for the answers :) One last thing: I've heard that the UL launcher is prone to naming people as cheaters and what not even though they aren't. I'm not sure I want a separate program to load the game anyway tbh... i'd prefer to use the ordinary launcher if it is possible... Also, xbox wired controllers DEFINITELY work right?
  5. I was wondering if someone could perhaps bring the new Bentley Continental from Forza Horizon to TDU2 and maybe the Cadillac Escalade too :) Thankyou
  6. Hello guys, I've FINALLY found a copy of TDU2 on PC and is on its way from ebay as we speak. But before it gets here I'd just like to know whether A. its possible to change names of mod cars in game that are called something else e.g S65 as a CLK Black etc, B. if you can somehow replace some car mod's European license plates to ordinary TDU2 ones through files somehow C. is it possible to run TDU2 unpacked without that "UL" launcher I keep hearing about Thanks :) (btw my enter key doesn't work on this site for some reason:jealous:)
  7. Yeah but how is TDU2's bad compared to those titles? (which some people complain about because they are TOO arcadey). Seem the same to me.
  8. wut? What are "good" arcade physics?
  9. I just don't get how people can go on about physics when TDU2 is not the real thing and is in a virtual world and at the end of the day, its a game. :S
  10. Forza Horizon... its a disappointing game. To me, TDU2 is far superior and heres why: -Exploration is better -Graphics are near enough the same -I play to have fun and to not replicate real life too much so TDU2 is more enjoyable in terms of "physics" -Walk around feature is great for immersion -Dealerships are a fun way to acquire new cars instead of dull lists -Houses are a better way to enjoy car collections instead of more dull lists -Customisation for your character -More freedom -Online in TDU2 is more enjoyable and is not as repetitive as FH -Better storyline (yes i'm serious) - Off-roading is far more enjoyable (go wherever you like) -Don't feel confined (barriers EVERYWHERE make FH feel like a massive track) -Camera angles are much, much better in TDU2 (in FH some cars have front ends that are not properly viewable because of awkward camera angles) -Interior view is better (you can see around the whole cockpit, look at the radio and buttons etc instead of FH where your head is "locked" so you can only see from side to side -TDU2 has weather which is an immersion triumph (even though window wipers don't work) -More interesting locations (old medieval towers, farms, and pretty villages are just a few examples) -Clubs are infinitely more enjoyable and i'm sure theres a few more examples out there. So, don't forget just how much of a great game TDU2 is- it offers something so unique. Its a damn shame it was, IMO, rushed. But no other game (especially FH) has matched its open world driving appeal. end post/ :P
  11. Very nice indeed Tdu2 needs more Bentleys etc :)
  12. Deffo a car I want to own asap in TDU2 when I get a copy :)
  13. Just want to say that when I find a PC copy of tdu2 for the right price I will download this in a heartbeat. It looks awesome. StarGT, you should get a job somewhere in the modelling section of the gaming industry judging by these pics and your other mods. [mod edit:] Post your requests and suggestions in the Request forum.
  14. Ok so unpacking just makes the files easier to access then. Cool! So you use TDU2 as a sort of Winrar for itself then? There will be two different versions to load - the vanilla game and the modded one, correct? It's good to hear that my controller can see some use at last too. :) Plus thanks for the greeting Diablo- i'll be coming back to this site all the time once i get a copy of TDU2 (which I can only find online at the moment) and i will mod like crazy (once i get used to TDU2 modding). :)
  15. Hello guys, Big TDU2 player here on the 360 and soon the PC. What draws me to the Pc eh? MODS. They are glorious. But anyways, i have a question- why exactly do you need to run the game unpacked and tbh, what is unpacking the game? Never had to do anything like it in my mod-using past. Oh and heres another question: does TDU2 support a wired 360 pc controller? Thanks :)
