  1. Haven't been around here in some time, just wanted to say thank you for all the continued work and hoping that everything is going well.

Apologies for my "How to Install" video disappearing from YouTube. YouTube decided they weren't happy with some of the content being presented in the video as they felt it endorsed piracy, hence why the video got taken down. I still have the original video file saved and can trim it out to remove the likely offending parts, but the current linked video I feel does a better job of going into detail on installing the game.

Still out there, still playing and enjoying the game. Looking forward to what comes down the line.

Cheers for the 1.04 update, this should hopefully now fix my issue of the game tanking in performance than eventually crashing after playing it for a while.

Now if only I could figure out how to get that stupid CH trainer to work again with this!

Just wanted to update on this.

The executable patch has greatly helped in keeping the game running smoothly for longer, however it doesn't seem to completely fix the issue as after a few hours of playtime the issue presented itself once again. Its still there, but took longer for it to occur.

  3. Not sure if ANYONE else is having this issue, but the old CheatHappens trainer I can't for the life of me seem to get it working with the game? Even with a fresh install and the TDU Platinum mod re-applied doesn't seem to help. Everyone else I've spoken to said they could get it working, not sure what I'm doing wrong. Pressing the buttons don't seem to do anything.

Do you by any chance have an SSD but run the game on a HDD? Whenever I put games on my HDD, I get this issue. You can copy it over, no need to reinstall.

Will give this a try, I do have an M.2 SSD.

Try setting app compatibility to win xp, vista or 7. Cap the framerate to 60.. use Borderless Gaming app.. and look here for other things you can do.

Trying to run the game in compatibility mode just causes the game to immediately crash upon launch. The framerate had already been capped, but I will try the app and also deleting the radial.cdb file as mentioned in that Wiki.

  6. I apologize if this is in the wrong thread, I'm relatively new to the forums and have had slight difficulty navigating around.

I've recently been playing (and enjoying) TDU again, but have come to a consistent problem with the game that's souring the experience somewhat.

Every now and then during driving and whatnot, the game will randomly "freeze" for nearly a second or so before suddenly jumping to where I would've been during that lost second, as if the game dropped frames like a livestream would. I've tried changing all the settings to see if I could find the solution, but have not been able to find it.

    Specs are;

    Ryzen 2700X

    32GB DDR4-3200 RAM

    RTX 2070

    Any help?

    Thanks!
