a joystick is essential IMO it gives you all the precision you could wish for. personally i hate using the throttle with number keys and the like I have the Microsoft Sidewinder II Force Feedback Joystick. the power of the motors on the feedback is immense! great for playing WW2 sims like Pacific fighters

From IGN PS3 US, August 2, 2007 - In a conference call set to begin at 5:30pm EST today, Rockstar Games will announce that it will delay the release of its highly-anticipated title Grand Theft Auto IV. Previously slated to hit stores on October 17th, the game will now make its way to gamers some point early next year. In technical, company jargon, Rockstar has moved its release from the fourth quarter of fiscal 2007 to the second quarter of its fiscal 2008. In real-world terms, this means the title will ship sometime between February 1st and April 30th, 2008. The reason for the delay is simple: Rockstar North needs more time to polish it. Given the game's exceptionally high expectations, Rockstar has chosen to push back the release a handful of months rather than rushing the title out to market. Sam Houser, founder and executive producer of Rockstar Games, had this to say: "The new consoles are allowing us to create the Grand Theft Auto game we always dreamed about. Every aspect of the game and its design has been completely transformed. The game is huge and is pushing the hardware platforms to their absolute limits. Well, Core is probably the 'purely gaming centred' option, its the console, its cables and one wired controller. you will need to buy a memory card if you wish to save your games. For full advantage of the console buy a premium, you wont regret it. With the premium you get a hardrive, which means backwards compatabiliy, aswell as no memory card hassles. The hardrive is ace, cause it means you can rip music to the console and play it while you play your games. If you plan on going online then you will definately want the premium, because the hardrive allows you to download all sorts of stuff, like demos, game videos and extra content. then with the premium you get a headset, so you can talk on live. oh yeah, and you get a proper cable, with the core you get a big standard componant cable. and if you want HD you will need the premium cable. trust me the core is crap, i have one and upgrading it to the quality of a premium has cost me much more than if i had just bought the premium

Im on a dell inspiron 8200, its crapped out. the motherboard fried so i replaced it, now its running at 1.2ghz (500 mhz slower than before) and i get 6 messages telling me its crapped out before i even click start. soundcard is bummed so i got an external one (hooked up to a 5.1 its great but i only can use it for music. oh yeah, and my laptop turns itself off of its own accord, sometimes as often as every 20 minuites

no. the 360 version of BF2 is great, and properly done for consoles. it even has a campaign mode (but its not for the faint at heart as it is SOLID.) Try the multriplayer demo, you can get it on live. if you like it you'll like the full game :)

im sure theres summit you can do in the 'run' thing that shows detailed specs. rundx.dll or something like that, cant rtemember. mines scraping the specs for BF2142, but only on full low setting

I did this recently, i dug out my N64 though, i forgot how fun the banjo games are/were! i actually bought the very rare banjo tooie from a car boot, boxed, manual, full inside packaging, box in good nick...yada yada yada for £10, at the time they were selling on ebay for £40. i was taking photos, all that when i just though 'ill just make sure it works...' the game stayed in the console for 4 months, the packaging buggered, Manual torn. but i had a bloody lot of fun on that game :D
