This battle has only been resolved just recentley, the whole problem has been posted below, it has been goin on for many years and just got resolved a few months ago. Apple(music industry) said that you might see their songs on the itunes store, also songs might even top the charts taking no one spots. The ruling means iPods and iTunes will still be able to carry the Apple name and logo.
