I keep getting a 404 not found error (unable to connect to host) after a while of trying to start the download, not sure if it's on my end or what though.

Can't say as that sound really does anything for me, sounds nice but doesn't hit that sweet spot that puts a shiver down my spine like some cars can do. Oh well, to each their own.

Can I count the mileage from my first profile that I lost? If so I'd be up around 12000 miles driven and would have a little over 5000 miles on a Z06. If I can't then I'm at 7000 miles driven on this profile with 2300 miles on my oldest Z06.

Well I noticed the link in the comment section (that line underneath where is says what country your from) when viewing your profile on xbox live ironically to see if you were in free ride on TDU so I could try joining. Figured if you're promoting the site it's gotta be good so I should look it up next time I was at my pc, and I wasn't disappointed.

I'm in on this if it's hosted Friday or Saturday cause those are my days off, and because of time zone conflicts I'd have to be on during mid day here (west coast of the US). If I can make it I'll be a cop driving who knows what, depends on what I'm in the mood to drive.

Hey Boogie, nice to see you found your way over here. I gotta agree that Tantalus is a nice drive, wouldn't mind trying the other place though.

I would prefer a more linear braking system for smoother and better control. However, considering how I drive and see most people drive 90% of the time in this game I don't think the current system is all that bad, just not as good as it could be.

I don't play alot of pc games anymore but most recently -Vanguard: Saga of Heros -Battlefield 2142

You know, I just realized I don't have anyone on my friends list that is in this, guess I'll have to send one or two before this thing starts.

Um, wow, those shots are beautiful. Also a nice selection of cars just from those manufacturers, can't wait to see the rest of the car list and some more photos.

Add another person for the Atari 2600 list, I spent way to many hours of my youth (some would say that anyways, but not me :D ) playing the games on that system. My favorite had to be a game called Berserk. Not sure if that game ever had an end cause I played that game for over 8 hours straight once when I was about 8. Had to finally turn it off at about 1am so I could get to bed lol. Old thing still works if I had a way to hook it up to a tv around here, bought a second working one (with a bunch of games and accessories I didn't have) at a yard sale a couple years ago for $10 which I didn't think as to bad of a buy.

I only show 23 items available for download on TDU so far, not sure if others have more but if there's 10 more things that's a few more car packs (since there's a free car or two with each car pack, so at least two items per car pack) plus the hardcore mode and possibly something else?

I'm lovin' this game, probably grab the update when it comes out. Not to big on the player vs player but it is fun when with friends, I like co-op the best though, it's just more my thing.

I believe 9gmt is 4est but not 1oo% sure on that

My opinion of what they did well -the free roaming concept (still some bugs with the world not always loading or slight pauses but nothing serious, also a little issue with being ploped on the correct road when there's over/underpasses) -alot of the car sounds and looks -the feel of the world (places look different enough that you can get a feel for each area of the island) My opinion on what they can improve -the gearing on some cars (primarily the ones that hit top speed in 5th gear instead of 6th in real life, the first couple gears are basically useless as is in game) -gauges that are lit up so you can read them all the time (as mentioned above) -more players together in the world at one time -smoother transitions during elevation/pitch changes in the road surface (to many abrupt angles which upset the cars handling) I can probably think of more but most have probably been said or will be so I'll leave it at those for now.

Sign me up for my first one of these. I'll probably bring something american and with a big V8. I won't guarantee it though as I've been known to sample other fine cars from many different countries.

Re: [REQUEST] Server Performance Haven't been here long but the site has been running great so far, keep up the great work.

I've noticed the stricter policy at FC, especially within the last couple weeks and it's helped start things back the way they should be. Glad to hear your running a tight ship over here but it's to be expected considering how well you and the other admins have done with FC and getting it turned around. Enough about that though, no sense dragging it over here. Nice to meet all you guys on here and hope to meet you all in game at some time or another, so until then keep it between the ditches.

Ah yes, I remember you from earlier Baldred, was some good fun. FA430RGT, that names does look familiar from earlier as well, I think I logged off not long after you showed up so never did get to properly meet you. I probably will lurk here as much as Forza Central Diablo, this site seems to be like Forza Central was in the early days (back in 2004/2005 pre-Forza 1 time period) before all the bs and drama that goes on now.
