I some how missed this hole thread :shocked: Lucky TheScottishSpotter told me last night about your show so I did listen to it. :D Very cool show and thanks for the shoutouts. TDU Central club will have some big news soon and it would be good to advertise the events we will do. ;) I can send you a MSN with details and dates but for now we have to wait for the patch for the PC to come out. It's almost impossible at this time to organise big events with all the connection problems. Looking forward to the next show :D

The problem with the PS3 is the Blu-Ray player. It is what delayed the PS3 and the main reason it has a high price tag. Because of the delay it lost a lot of fans because they moved to the Xbox 360. Sony dropped the ball because all the time spent during the delay they didn't think of using the time to develop lots of exclusive AAA titles ready for launch. This was very bad management because you are only buying the PS3 for one reason lots of games to play. If you buy a PS3 today you can only play the odd good game and just keep praying good games are finished soon. There are so many good games for the 360 Sony really are going to have a hard time to catch up. They are also losing exclusive titles and that was their main selling point for the PS2.

I went and got shadowrun for PC after playing it in the shop. It's not a bad game but you must like CS, team deathmatch and CTF type games. Is anyone else playing it? I went on LIVE for about 1min until I realised I needed a lot of practice offline :) There are some cool moves you can do too, I just need a lot of practice. I would recommend getting the Demo or renting it first as you may not like it. It is a lot different and will take time to prefect the combination of tech, powers and guns.

I'm interested in doing some slow cruises also. It can be fun on the motorways (freeways) if you wait behind a car it will soon move over out of the fast lane. :)

It would be nice to have official extras but they have put all their attention on the cars. As it is only a driving game I guess we can't complain too much. You can have hours and hours of fun trying to get to the places your not meant to go. ;) Have you tried to do this it can be fun when you get board driving round?

They said mid June so I think a few weeks from now we will have the patch or news about another delay :(

Yes you will not get it stutter free we have to wait for the patch. How bad is the stuttering for you?

TDU Cental club update My club house is now full. If you are not in the club and want to be please contact Timo so he can invite you to TDU Central #2. I will post here all the names I have in my club house soon. Remember that the groups are only because of the max people in each club house in the game. We are all in the same club here in the forum.

It'll be good to see what cars turn up at the lighthouse at the top of the map. Could be a good time to get some cool pics. ;)

Hi, welcome to the forum. Have you got the latest drivers for all parts of your system? I have almost the same system but I've got a AMD 5200 processor. The game is very laggy in the city parts for me but I am running with all the details at max @ 1400 x 900. Out of the city the game should run ok have you tried to run the game out of the city? When the patch is out it should make it run better but with your system it should at least run with the details at max.

Very cool but I'm trying to think of a good reason to have one, but by 2020 we will all have one I bet. ;) I guess no more standing on the table to change the light bulb. :D

Shadowrun With Shadowrun almost here I thought I would start a thread about it. I am a FPS nut so I'm sure I will get this at some point but is it good to have a FPS as the first cross platform game? I would love TDU2 to have cross platform play and if it means Shadowrun has to be top of the charts for weeks for us to get it then so be it. So what do you think of Microsoft's idea of the future of gaming and Shadowrun as a game?

That's good to know they are going to fix the weight of the cars in hardcore mode, it just makes it impossible to drive fast. It makes the normal mode feel more real lol. But I will miss the fun you can have with the light cars like seeing how far you can fly :D They should fix hardcore mode but include what we have now as a new fun mode ;)
