  1. We'll make sure next week's contest is a lighthearted fun for all the family style contest :nods: Well now that we've all come to an agreement and flogged this horse to death, let's get those entries in :D
  2. I quite like the new 5 tbh, yes it's not the most exciting design but I think the changes they've made have resulted in a more mature and better design. Do all models now have exhausts on the left and right? From the press shots i've seen I haven't seen any asymmetrical exhausts yet, which is a huge positive for me, I hate the :P or :b looking rear ends.
  3. I don't mind the front, but the rear reminds me of:
  4. Completely forgot this existed, going to download it later. If it's pretty decent it'll be a shame Eden haven't pushed it as much as CSR do their racing apps, those ads were everywhere.
  5. Mercedes E63S 4Matic+ Estate has been revealed: Images from Auto Express | New and Used Car Reviews, News Advice - 604bhp (41 more than the non-S variant) - 850nm torque (100 more than the non-S variant) - 0-60 in 3.5 seconds, 0.2 quicker than the RS6 - 180mph top speed if you spec the AMG drivers package.
  6. It will be interesting to see how well Bottas has integrated into the team and whether the team are still trying to have two #1 drivers or whether they do expect Hamilton to be their lead driver. Mercedes F1 tend to talk a lot of BS about this, so the only proof will be once the racing starts. It doesn't help that they spent months faffing about not announcing Rosberg's replacement, despite every man and his dog knowing exactly what was happening.
  7. The extended development cycle is interesting, I think they know they've flooded the market with sub-par games over the past decade. Expectations will be higher due to this gap and them acknowledging they need to up their standards, so it's worth keeping one eye on this to see what they come up with. The word innovation is peculiar, as NFS had become almost FIFA-like in how little change and innovation was included in each release.
  8. I almost understand what he's trying to say, I agree about the difference in gamer on both platforms, but i'm not sure exactly what solution to this gap he's found or trying to insinuate GTR 3 will be. It's basically just rambling imo. What solution has he found?
  9. :gmc: No one's mentioned me at all Sorry for not getting around to replying to this yesterday, but I do feel being a bit late is probably more TDUCK-y anyway so it's fine :susp: 10 years is a sizeable chunk of anyone's life, so why have we all stupidly wasted it with each other? I jest, kind of. I was 2 months late joining TDU-C, and at the time I was concerned I'd missed the boat and that a tight knit community had already been established. I was painfully unaware I'd still be bitching at you all 10 years later. I do have quite an awful memory so maybe I'm just remembering the good bits, but I wouldn't even say it's been that much of a rollercoaster, this community has consistently been a good escape from the real world and being able to log on and take out my teenage angst on people such as @TIMELESS and @Camel has probably gotten me through a fair bit of crap (this isn't an apology guys). Initially I was involved with the gaming aspect of the community but that quickly dwindled as my offline life took precedent, so the disappointment of TDU2 never really bothered me that much, and I still haven't gotten around to playing The Crew. Thanks for keeping this place going throughout the past decade Andy, I've seen the amount of blood, sweat, Irn Bru, money and Whisky you've put into this place and I hope you know it's appreciated. Here's to the future, whatever it holds :)
  10. Wow Hassan, Bentley need to get that car into production right now. Fantastic entry.
  11. mhmm, factory rice on a car three times the price.....
  12. New 2017 Seat Ibiza pics have been leaked: Images from Auto Express | New and Used Car Reviews, News Advice  Yes please, i'll have the 148bhp petrol with the exact exterior above, though I'd probably change that interior panel to something else depending on the options. Why would you want a VW Polo over this? The difference in brand reputation isn't that huge, in the UK at least.
  13. New corvette in the centre, new corvette ZR1/GrandSport on the right and some weird new midengined chevy supercar on the left?
  14. Ah yeah, that Esprit they unveiled and never produced.
  15. Just saw that in the comments section on Pistonheads and came over to post it, damn you :p Unsure what to make of it at the moment, the headlights look a bit weird :hmmm: Very curvy rear, should look good with the rear wing up.
  16. Phwoar, if I had a Villa on the Riviera I'd definitely get a Vanquish S Volante to keep in its garage  Not sure the front of the R50 looks anything more than 2/10 in those renders, here's hoping they're not too accurate, the rear does look like it's a VW XL1 on steroids though.
  17. Stats on the new Ford GT are finally being revealed to the public: - 647hp - 550 lb/ft torque - 216mph top speed They've said it's faster than a Ferrari 458 Speciale and Mclaren 675LT around some random track in Canada..... which makes me wonder just how much faster it was? Ferrari no doubt have a faster 488 coming in the next 12-18 months, and McLaren's P14 is supposedly rapid. Maybe they're being modest, and the GT will still be faster/rival these 2 cars.
  18. - The 380PS F-Pace (max it gets) is £52,300 in the UK, and judging from the grille they've tested it against the Macan GTS, which is £55,188, so not enough to be that big a factor in what you choose. - The Jag is 0.1 to 60 faster hypothetically, so performance is not enough of a difference to actually matter. - Both have great reviews on their chassis and handling, I agree with you the Porsche would most likely be better but again, not enough of a difference for the average driver. I think it comes down to the design tbh, and I am willing to forgive the Jag for its interior because it looks much better on the outside. I completely understand people who look at it the opposite way though.
  19. Milli, this is week #84, and asking winners to pick their theme has worked 95%+ of the time so we'll stick with it, but thanks for your feedback.
  20. I agree, and considering how big MotorTrend are, it's weird that Porsche sent over such an unimpressive specced Press Car :hmmm: I bet every other aspect of it is better than the jag though unfortunately.
  21. Source: Instagram I'll take the keys to the Jag please. Looking forward to this Head2Head, though it's very rare anyone ever beats a Porsche product in any automotive joint review thing (usually justified), so I'll probably want the keys to the Porsche after watching the head to head when it is released :hmmm:
