  1. Vote for your fav here, If the poll is more successful this time, and I don't notice a significiant bias towards anyone that just chooses Mercedes cars, I think I'll hand over the next challenge to the one that won this one, and so on.
  2. I'm not a fan of scrambled eggs, this is an outrage. I love big ducks.
  3. The idea is great, but I'm not a fan of the colour combo in that example :hmmm: The other way around might have worked slightly better.
  4. I've had a driving license for 3 years now :hmmm: I don't get what you mean?
  5. Here's my choice: - Family Car: £26,950 2011 Jaguar XJ Portfolio V6 It gets 40.4 MPG, but gets to 60 in 6.0 seconds while looking , I quite like the green but I know it won't be to everyone's tastes. - Work car: £4,990 1983 Land Rover Defender 110 V8 This car is just  worthy imo, the paint is in great condition. At this point I was going to use the Defender as a classic and a work car as it falls under the two categories, and use the city car to finish off my selection and call it a day with some change left, however I realised people might not like that I only chose 3 cars  So I found 4: - City Car: £20,995 2012 Aston Martin Cygnet Need I say more? - Classic car: £4,000 1989 Toyota MR2 MK1 Very 1980's in the white, not too bad condition either, love the boxy looks. Total: £56,935
  6. No one, I put the MPG criteria in so that people had to make smart choices (like yours) if they wanted a fast car as well as a practical one. Why didn't you actually find a BMW? it isn't linked is it
  7. I've always loved the R class, it's a very classy minivan, not in your face flashy which is rare for a german brand. Good spec vito too, though I appreciate the vito posted by Rassva has a more rugged look, unsure which of the two i'd choose.
  8. Love the Dodge SO MUCH, it's stunning. Interesting a cute choice of a pickup too. I really don't like the Fusion, I've just never liked the aesthetics of the thing, and well, the smart car was what I had in mind for people to find interesting alternatives to when I put city car down  didn't expect people to just choose one :p
  9. Nicely specced 520, very classy looking. Great city car too, very good choice, makes a good weekend B-Road car etc.
  10. Have any of y'all seen Professor Brian Cox's BBC2 show that was on recently regarding space? I'm interested to know if it's worth watching as I'm not that big a fan of him.
  11. I suppose it's on the Space theme, has anyone seen Interstellar yet? What did they think of the physics and space side of it all.
  12. Here's another Challenge, Merc was the only one to get more than 1 vote (2) in the last thread so I guess he won :p  Here we go: You have £60,000/€75,000/$94,000 USD/R$245,000 BRL. You have to find a link (fairly recent, not something that's been up for years please), to a listing for a car for the following: - Family Car: Must average over 40mpg, have 4 doors or you must argue the case of why it is a good family car. - Work Car: You're a trader, you need either a van or a pickup to transport your crap everwhere. - Classic Car: Might not be a classic in that everyone is fangirling over buying one, but it needs to have been made before 1990. - City car: Must be small. You MUST spend almost all the money, this is to stop 'someone' (Calster) from replying 'I'll have 4 Austin Metros and pocket the change to spend on awful tasting alcohol'. Obvs don't care if you have 5 pound change, but do NOT go over. You CAN pick a car that suits more than one category (this is an addition, as i've told mells yes to this in the CB). Must be a REAL car, no toy ferrari FF's(or kit cars). The cars MUST be listed in your mothercountry (I thought this'd make things more interesting).... Happy Hunting!
  13. Skinny jeans can really accentuate legs that are too skinny.
  14. Yes but if you get the lollipop leg effect in skin tight jeans that you have to squeeze on, it isn't very cool.
  15. At college it isn't his choice, it's the uniform :) --- Post Updated --- Depends how skinny.
  16. Also, I don't get why anyone would order a 918 without those rims, they're on another level kind of awesomeness.
  17. I gave up with 'movember' ages ago, my beard grows too quick to the point it's not as if its a humorous beard, it's just very much 'there' in everyones faces
  18. Once you don't have to wear a suit everyday, you'll feel a bit lost, start planning ahead now :cheeky: Are you going to Uni? If you wear a suit at uni you'll probably disrupt lectures through people staring at you :p A grad/undergrad job scheme would still possibly have a dress-down friday too. The idea of dress down fridays to me is so stressful, it's more like dress to impress friday.
