Activision have just aquired Red Octane but they where not involved in making guitar hero 1 or 2 but i think they where involved in the porting of GH2 to 360. Harmonix where the ones how made the game with Red octane but have now left and joined EA to make Rock Band, and Red Octane and Activision making GH3 and rock the 80's. Seven ages of rock is a brilliant program I have watched all of them so far and it is a very good program. I've been thinking about getting a guitar for ages but when I go round my mates and play his I relise why I haven't as I can only play the 1st 8 notes to stairway to heaven and the intro to Korn BLind, I do alot better on bass but still haven't got around to buying one yet as GH fits the bill perfectly as I can pick it up play the songs but as you say when you get onto the harder levels like playing a real guitar as you have to practise them and it becomes is a bit of a chore as they are not always songs I would choose to play.

What system have you got it on 360 or PS2? I've got it on both and got GH1 on PS2 and getting rock the 80's on PS2 when it comes out and GH3 and Rock Band which will have drums guitar bass and mic attatcments for it. Anyways I thjink the game is brilliant and its the only way I'm gonna be able to play freebird infront of an audience at Stonehenge or play Sweet Child of Mine solo perfect. What level do you play on?? I'm Stuck on the last tier of hard and the 3rd teir of Expert completed amatur and easy.

In arcade mode on GT didn't you have to choose betwen race and drift but in GT mode you couldn't?? Didin't that change the way the cars handled?? I can't reallly remember as I didnt really play arcade mode alot. Which has the better representation of race circuits like Nurburgring GT or Forza???

Why get a PS3 when its coming out on 360 with exclusive episodic content?? Unless you haven't got a 360 either that is.

Baxie I think you mean the lack of Euro Exotics I agree with baxie about the civics and skylines. I think in most of the GT games I've owned (which is all of them) I've had at least 10 different versions Skyline I remember on GT2 having the 1971 Skyline and every model up to the R34 and that was at least ten and that was not including all the different LM versions of it aswell i.e. Calsonic Skyline. Also with the civics you had the spoon civic, sport civic, Type R, Type S, etc the same as most cars on the then you had the MX5/Eunos Roadster witch had at least 5 different models for each production year. The Jap side was vast compared to the Euro Exotics like Ferrari and Lambo, Porsche (I think GT might have had RUF can't remember) which was non existant. Also agree with Hybrid with it having every class as it had everything from a Ford KA,(I think it even had a Dihatsu 3 wheeled pick up in GT2), all the way to your Nissan LM's and Suzuki Pikes Peak. So in each car class you was spoiled for choice. Also good summing up by Hybrid and Baxie in explaining the differences between FM2 and GT Series.

I still couldn't access it at work as I'm an electrician and work on building sites witch is a pain. But on the other hand its really useful for when I'm round mates and the other halfs. Is it a Hotmail email address you signed up with or a different one if its not a hotmail one it can be changed. sorry for going off topic. Very good Baldred, you do like your police cars. Heres what I'm gonna attempt to do when I get the game a Volvo in the Traffic police car colours which are Blue in Thurrock, like the Mondeo ST in the vid below and a Lancer Evo in the Essex Police Intercept Team silver or white not sure yet like the pic below. It might be cheaper but then you'll run into difficulties, i.e. here in europe we use PAL and in America they use NTSC, which means if you did get one form the U.S. you would need to convert the power for the 360 as its different and also the games you buy in holland would not work on a U.S. console. Also I think you would have problems with live aswell. Edit: Also them prices are good, in the UK that box set would be nearer 442euro (£300). The XBL is nearly the same price as here only about 2euro difference.

Alot of nice photo's in them links MartijnMb. I think we should have a section on this site in General Chat or somewhere for posting pictures of cars from shows or what you have spotted as there are alot of photographers and photo takers on this site.
