They'd just have to watch these so called "accidents" and slap penalties on the drivers/teams that cause them. Have a zero tolerance policy.

Its not, I've looked as I fell aslepp during it as I had a hard day yesterday, I remember seeing Mays shed being re-felted and Clarkson shooting it but thats it. I've searched youtube and they have parts 1, 2 and 5 which is annoying. :mad: I also Missed Ross vs Parky and Ross and Jimmy Carr playing tennis. :mad: Its bound to be up on there soon, they have the Apprentice and the 1st hour of Sports relief up so far on the iPlayer. Edit: Just watched the Tennis and the Boxing on youtube now I've just got to wait for the rest to go on there or the iPlayer The U.S is getting Top Gear. Clarkson is casting the 3 presenters (as him, May and Hammond dont want to do it) and getting an American Stig (I don't think it'll be Stigs fat American cousin). Clarkson will over see the shows.

Police are examining a photograph apparently showing Top Gear presenter Jeremy Clarkson using a mobile phone while driving. Adam Blake, 22, and Hayley Byford, 21, claim they photographed Clarkson on the phone as he did 70mph in a rare, 1970s 6.3l left-hand drive V8 600 Grosser Mercedes on the M40 in Oxfordshire. A spokesman for Thames Valley Police said: "We have been handed the photograph and we will be looking at it with a view to a possible prosecution. If we have got evidence we think could be supported in court, we will take action." The photograph was given to police by the Daily Mirror newspaper, which was initially sent it by Mr Blake and Miss Byford. Mr Blake told the newspaper on Tuesday: "We could not believe that we'd caught him out. My girlfriend saw he was on his mobile. She grabbed hers and took a picture of him." The newspaper claimed it later confronted Clarkson at his Chipping Norton home where he first denied being in the car and, on seeing the picture, said: "Er, that isn't a phone." Clarkson then reportedly said: "Look, I write a column for another newspaper. I'm not allowed to talk you." Drivers caught using mobiles at the wheel face three points on their licence and a £60 fine. A spokeswoman for the BBC's Top Gear programme said this was not a BBC matter and therefore offered no comment. Superintendent Mick Doyle, head of roads policing for Thames Valley Police, said: "We know that using a mobile phone whilst driving is extremely dangerous. "It has the same effect on a person as being just over the legal limit for drink driving. Not strictly true as the newer Premiums also come with a HDMI port as standard. M$ kept it quiet so that most people don't know about it and buy an Elite. My mate got his premium a few months ago and it came with HDMI.

Criterion Games has released a trunk-load of information about the fixes included in its upcoming Burnout Paradise patch. No definitive date has been set for the update's release yet, possibly because Criterion seems to be fixing each and every part of the game. The patch is planned for both PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 and tweaks everything from audio performance to server communication. Here's a full list of everything Criterion plans to address with Burnout Paradise V 1.2, starting with the top 10 problems most mentioned by Burnout players: - PS3 game can crash when a player is taken down and the player that has performed the Takedown leaves the game. - The game indefinitely displays "Connecting to Paradise City Servers" if it's having problems pinging the rebroadcast server. - Disconnecting the controller before a race begines can mean that race timings can be manipulated with players who didn't cross the line first being awarded the win - Repeatedly joining and leaving a game with 8 players can cause the game to hang. - Hammering the A (360) or X (PS3) after unlocking a car can cause the game to hang. - East Crawford and Watt St achievements can not be achieved if the player goes online and sets road rules before attempting them. - Audio distortion when using 5.1 / DTS and looking rearwards. - Enhanced 360 streaming performance stops instances where the game seems to pause for a second or so. - Total time driven in player stats would stick at 145 hours :) - VoIP connection problems with 8 player games.
