Well, I would suggest, uninstalling, and deleting the TDU folder in here - C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ Then reinstalling with the legal CD-Key for the Game. Then update to Pacth 1.66A with these instructions - http://forum.turboduck.net/showthread.php?t=2444

I've only won once, however, getting the right picture is a mixture of luck, artistic flare and finding the right location. I go for background based pictures, because loads of the pictures are just of a TVR parked up and the TVR is the main focus. So to get noticed I made the background my main subject. you gotta make your picture noticed =]

You've posted 1686, so divide by 1000 = 1.686 %. Not the true method, but the easiest in this situation ;)
