      Im sorry for the late respond, but no. I decided to just play the No mods Test Drive Unlimited.

    I did but its still not showing the cars, like when its the beginning where you should rent a car, the only car that is visible is the Audi RS6, The Lancer Evo, BMW M3 E92, Aston marting Vanquish Coupe, And the Lamborghini huracan, the rest it didnt show up, even if you tried to rent it the game just crash instead

    Help, I have downloaded the d3d9.dll file and copy it into my game, but the problem is still there. Its not showing any cars
